The pharmacy is not well run. I walked in and confirmed that they had the Moderna Covid vaccine. However, I was told I needed to make an appointment online or by calling the 800 number. However neither of those showed the pharmacy as having the Moderna vaccine. CVS customer care recommended that I call the pharmacy and ask for a courtesy of a walk-in appointment. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes, and explaining the situation, I was told to hold on. After an additional 9 minutes, I was hung up on. Then I made an appointment at Rite Aid nearby for the next day!

My sister is visiting from Denmark and needed a medication filled, but does not have US insurance. They worked to get her a discount to ensure it was affordable!! So incredible

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. THIS PLACE IS TRASH - I have been using this pharmacy for years - I'm now looking for a new one. I have used this place for a decades but it gets worse and worse day after day. First off a majority of the staff has an attitude. One time I asked for the persons name because they were so careless and she said I won't give you my name and hung up. They are slow, unprofessional and not very good at their jobs. They take forever to answer the phone. They always blame the doctor and when I call the doctors they tell me I should change pharmacy's because they continue to be difficult to work with. This is such a substandard pharmacy. IMO it should be shut down. No one working there should be involved with anyone's health. They are rude and careless with zero efficiency. At this moment in time my doctor and I are both on hold for upwards of 15 minutes trying to get them to okay a prescription in a timely manner. This has become an all day event because of this awful pharmacy. I have so many bad stories from here. If you have any questions I can tell you all about the horrors of this place. Don't give them your business.

The reviews aren't lying. This place is the absolute worst. Expect to wait in long lines every time you need anything. The staff is slow, rude and unhelpful. Everything is dysfunctional. Information is always wrong. They called me to tell me my prescription was incorrect/to get a new one, then when the doctor told me it was right they backtracked and said oh it's just missing a diagnosis code. Do yourself a favor, move to any other pharmacy. I did and not looking back.

Limited stock but still better than other CVS's. Th best thing about the store is the wonderful Amy. Always helpful & extremely pleasant about it

I think the pharmacists here need to remember that people are coming to them for health and medicine. They are rude and short in their messaging. If they don't want to help people get their medicine, they should consider another field.

If I could give them minus 10 stars I would So I called to ask them if they did passport pictures when they responded yes I confirmed that they had a camera and that it was working because a lot of cvs do not ( it was cold and raining that day ) fast forward 45 min later I go to the location1 they barely have staff and the staff they have there are all on their phones chilling unable to help you I waited 20 min at the photo section of the store on the second floor ( while observing a homeless guy who was touching and opening everything but the staff wouldn't know since they are on their phone ) anyway after 20 min finally someone comes I ask her about the passport picture and she abruptly shut me down saying we don't do that here So I explain to her I called and spoke to " surprise """ to her " and she answers well I don't know. We don't have a camera and walks awayWhen I ask her co worker now to help me with the printing machine to print other pictures that require a code that only an employee can enter she also has a terrible attitude I ended leaving I understand that everyone is overwhelmed and short staff everywhere but it's not excuse to treat customer like shit specially if you are polite

One woman greets me when I walk in all the time. Others will greet the person behind me. It’s starting to feel racist and I will be changing pharmacies soon. The Indian looking pharmacist is very short with your concerns and it’s disrespectful. Everyone is not uneducated! And every needs to be respected.

Every time I use this pharmacy there is a problem!! In 100 degree weather they made me go to Park Slope for my bedridden husbands medicine. They are the worse. This is the one the insurance covers!! Hate it!! Gave one star because there wasn't a option for 0!

This is the worst pharmacy we have ever used. While some of the staff are ok, the place is entirely dysfunctional. Go anywhere else.

accused of shoplifting almost every time I shop at this CVS location. Unreal.....and not a place that welcomes customers, especially those of color. Totally unpleasant experience.
