The Pharmacist was incredibly rude. Delayed filling my meds because they were closing for lunch in 7 min.
You help the customer to completion even if there’s only 7 min til lunch. She clearly hates her job.
Allowed people to wait all over the waiting area rather than controlling the line. Argumentative and just not a nice person

Went to get Injections. The pharmacist do not see you until your appointment time. So don't think about arriving early. Because you will be waiting until your scheduled visit time.

The techs are usually fine, the pharmacist today in particular had a rotten attitude. A prescription that was sent a day ago will take an hour to get ready? Especially when there is only one other waiter in the store? Not even 30 minutes. And even though a customer is evidently dissatisfied, his answer is to ignore said customer. Rotten attitude!

Find another place. This place is dangerous.
We went here for awhile, until my child's medicine was mixed wrong 2 times in a row, even after showing them with basic math and volume (set on the bottle label) the mix was 200% the concentration it should be. After a lot of convincing, I made them do a manual mix, instead of the mixing machine. The manual mix was correct, and proved the two other machine mixed bottles were wrong. Even with the blatant difference in the third mix, they still asserted the previous two mixes were right, which is technically impossible.
The dangerous part isn't only that they got mixing process/machine wrong twice, it's also that Ashley and Yuri wouldn't consider something was wrong and wouldn’t look into it unless being pressured multiple times to do so. They believed the mixing machine doesn't mess up. But something did. And they wouldn't believe it. And they didn't seem to think if it messed up with my prescription - it might mess up everyone else's - so they should figure this out quickly.
I imagine this is a hard job, important, and a lot to do. And understandably, a mistake can happen. The process they trained on was probably mostly right, but the result wasn't. And that can happen. The problem is when it wasn't right, they were dismissive and didn't want to understand the problem.
When concerns on dosing for a child's medication were raised, you think that would make a medical staff perk up and think, that’s odd, let’s figure this out right away and keep the kid safe. This staff didn't, until I pressured them multiple times, and had to bring a lot of dosing logs and math. Which a patient shouldn't have to do. Which makes this place not just bad customer service, but dangerous to you and your children's health.

One star is gracious. They had me waiting 12 days for a prescription I needed after saying they were “working on it”…after calling and trying to get in touch with someone that isn’t a machine, they finally decided to let me know that they don’t carry the medicine I need. 0 stars on customer service, as I was the one who had to do their job for them to inform myself. Terrible

Worst pharmacy, don’t waste your time here. They don’t fill you prescriptions when your Dr. sends them. I’ve had to follow up and go in 3 times in order to get prescriptions filled. Go to any other CVS in the city and get better service. I’m no longer going here as they’ve wasted too much of my time.

Absolutely disgraceful service. Sent me to another pharmacy 30 minutes, claiming my script was there. Get there and I’m told it’s at the original cvs. Then no customer service phone line. No meds for an entire day because of this misinformation. Then get there and I’m told the system is down. Deplorable!!!!! Do not go here to shop or for prescriptions!

If I could give this place negative stars I would! The person on the phone sounds high, asleep, rude, and like they need to be working in a place that requires no human contact ever.
