Had a great experience at cvs 2151-86 got my pneumonia #20 from pharmacist Christine highly professional and very caring . Going back on tue for my covid booster . She's only there on Tues. To district Mgr and store you got a great pharmacist she's definitely 10 stars in my book . Keep up the great work . Make ur appt with Christine you won't regret it . 😊😊😊 I went back 3-11-25 pharmacist Christine gave me my covid booster she was so gentle I didn't feel the needle . I'm definitely back in August for my flu I hope she will be there . Cvs store Mgr you got a great pharmacist you should appreciate her great work .

An incredible store to visit and browse products to purchase on Amazon. You push a button, and they have you waiting for 10 minutes. Afterward, you can simply buy the item on Amazon. Thank you show me the product.

Tracking says they refused my UPS package. So now it's going back to the sender. The worst customer service, rude and unprofessional.

Lately I have been going to Walgreens. At least they receive the medications that I need.
CVS hasn't had 3 of my medications In months.its pathetic.

Everyone there used to know me and my family because I've been going there for 15 years.. now from the original pharmacy team, only 2 are left, and they're so over worked, I'm afraid they will burn out and leave. Please unionize

Multitude of spoken languages, clean and spacious. But navigation is lacking. Hard to locate needed item.

Average CVS; same as the other locations. Conventional location to pick up something quick like a drink. I would not shop in this place if I did not live in the area. Parking is possible. Plenty of other CVS near by; some with their own parking lot.

Pharmacist manager, Chinese woman Lisa in CVS 2151 86th street Brooklyn ny 11214 is unprofessional, rude, and yelling to customers If ratings can be 0 she definitely deserves it.Too bad she works with people who needs medications and she would give you a hard time. I recently had a very unpleasant experience at 86th Street Brooklyn CVS Pharmacy. The service was slow and the pharmacist didn't seem to care about my needs.I will not be returning to 2151 86th Street Brooklyn CVS and I cannot recommend them. Very poor service.They send messages saying prescription is ready then tell you when you arrive that it’s still not ready! Every time! Change to better more competent pharmacy.
