Mostly everyone at the pharmacy is great. They deal with people nonstop. Give them a break.

Updating this review. Repeatedly moving prescriptions to community pharmacies only to have them close and shift me back to CVS really illuminates how horrible CVS and other extractive corporations abuse people. Now essentially one of three corporate options, CVS is likely the worst. Constant understaffing and poor training are hallmarks of the CVS business model. That we depend on these types of bad actors to maintain our health is just not a good plan. Go elsewhere. Unless you like poor communication, prescription errors, general neglect and mistreatment.

CVS is always my favorite pharmacy and I’m happy to know that wherever I travel I can get my regular prescriptions. This 150 Court St., Brooklyn location has very helpful employees and they made this process very easy.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. Spent a tremendous amount of time to get my first prescription filled with them and provided my insurance info. Have gone back several times, and each time the person say my "copay" is X. Then I look at the paper attached to a prescription and it says "no insurance applied." I called and speak to the pharmacy manager, who is as rude as can be, and she says there's no insurance on my account. How is this even possible after I provided it in person at the time I filled my first prescription, and why would they characterize what's due as a 'copay' repeatedly during pickups instead of asking if I had insurance. Then tells me I need to come in if I want a refund, and says (as rude as can be) that she doesn't know what to tell me, because she doesn't know who helped me. Definitely not an acceptable response from a manager. Pure lack of accountability. When I ask to speak to her supervisor, she says she's the manager, and if I have complaints I can contact the CVS complaint hotline. This manager and her staff should not be dealing with people who are sick and trying to get their medication.

I've made 4 appointments so far for a COVID vaccine,First one was for me and was cancelled "by my request".Second was for my wife two days later, also cancelled, same reason given. My next appointment went great. In and out in no time. No paperwork, nothing. The only negative is that none of the staff were masked.Fourth appointment was for my wife today. This one wasn't cancelled, she even got a check-in text, but when she got there they said they were out of vaccine. At 11am.My impression overall is that they're just done with COVID.Not recommended.Edit: If anyone's in the same boat, my wife had no trouble at Walgreens.

Beware of this pharmacy they will put your health and possibly your life at risk. After I got home I found out I was 16 pills short (bottle said 90, I counted 74). Since the pharmacy was closed by that time I called the next morning and got the runaround. I was told the pharmacist would call. The pharmacist never called. So I called again and was told the pharmacist was busy and couldn't speak to me. Then, I was put on hold for an extremely long time and then I was disconnected. So I called back again and was told I would have to pay out of pocket for the 16 pills. I told the employee to have a nice day. Makes you wonder how long this "miscounting" has been going on. I could understand being 1 or 2 pills off but 16? I'll never fill a prescription here again and always count my pills before I leave.

EXTREME wait times on the phone, called daily and was put on hold for an hour then hung up on. Once the pharmacy finally picked up, the employee was extremely rude. A supervisor needs to get their pharmacy staff in check at this location!

Who likes going to the drugstore? I do when it’s a chance to see the delightful Amy at this CVS. So smart, so pleasant so helpful. She finds everything you’re looking for and gets you the price so you can make an informed decision on your purchase. Thank you Amy. Keep up the good work. See you again soon.

CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. THIS PLACE IS TRASH - I have been using this pharmacy for years - I'm now looking for a new one. I have used this place for a decades but it gets worse and worse day after day. First off a majority of the staff has an attitude. One time I asked for the persons name because they were so careless and she said I won't give you my name and hung up. They are slow, unprofessional and not very good at their jobs. They take forever to answer the phone. They always blame the doctor and when I call the doctors they tell me I should change pharmacy's because they continue to be difficult to work with. This is such a substandard pharmacy. IMO it should be shut down. No one working there should be involved with anyone's health. They are rude and careless with zero efficiency. At this moment in time my doctor and I are both on hold for upwards of 15 minutes trying to get them to okay a prescription in a timely manner. This has become an all day event because of this awful pharmacy. I have so many bad stories from here. If you have any questions I can tell you all about the horrors of this place. Don't give them your business.

The reviews aren't lying. This place is the absolute worst. Expect to wait in long lines every time you need anything. The staff is slow, rude and unhelpful. Everything is dysfunctional. Information is always wrong. They called me to tell me my prescription was incorrect/to get a new one, then when the doctor told me it was right they backtracked and said oh it's just missing a diagnosis code. Do yourself a favor, move to any other pharmacy. I did and not looking back.

The pharmacy always has a huge line, long waits, and a disrespectful female pharmacist managing the pharmacy. The pharmacist speaks loudly so that everyone in line knows your situation and doesn’t have an ounce of care to help get you your prescriptions filled in a timely fashion. It’s a shame to see people in these roles without any compassion. I would recommend avoiding this CVS for pharmacy needs.

5 stars to the pharmacist who helped me navigate a very stressful situation today with my medication. I truly appreciated her care, compassion, and support. I wish I encountered more medical professionals like her.
