Just want to preface by saying the pharmacy here is great, the pharmacists kind and attentive. But the store itself has become post apocalyptic. You have to hit a button and wait for anything you want, and the person who comes to open it is often rude. Candice, who works in the front, was openly hostile. It’s become a frustrating and uncomfortable place to shop—sad, because CVS used to be wonderful.

The folks at the pharmacy are friendly and helpful.
The rest of the store is dehumanizing. Everything is locked up, the store appears to be chronically understaffed so it takes forever to get help unlocking something. Usually only the self-checkout is open and the machines constantly scream at you to tell you that everything is going as expected, they frequently get stuck in a way that requires calling a store attendant. The whole experience seems designed to make you feel like a criminal or like you're stupid, on top of intending to waste your time.

Everyone knows that drug stores can get busy, but the manager on shift here is so rude to her employees who are just trying to do their best in a rush. She was so disrespectful to them when there was a line and even after they handled the rush she was haranguing them about it. Bad energy from her and the employees suffer for it. I feel for them. I don't know her name, and if it hadn't been for her tone and stressful energy I would have thought she was a customer because she was just in sweats loose clothes, no apron or anything. The employees were all kind, polite, and worked quickly. Except her. I just walked out of there and feel so much more stressed because of this. Unfortunate.

I had a terrible experience at this CVS. I was in line with two people ahead of me, and when it was my turn, the short haired woman assisting the others finished and walked away without saying anything. I finally got her attention, but she walked away again before we could finish our conversation. I attempted to return an online order that I had picked up from another store, but she rejected it without offering any help or explanation. I ended up having to go to a different CVS location to return the item. so It seemed like she didn’t know how to do her job at all.
This was extremely unprofessional, and the store clearly needs better management.

Just got to Brooklyn and walked into this store. Never seen a shop where staff care less. One worker just standing there on his phone and was inconvenienced when I asked for the direction of where an item maybe. Saw kids fist pumping each other. Was at the self checkout till and had an issue and no one was about… I just abandoned my purchase. The worst run shop I’ve ever walked into!

I used to give one star but I will give 3 stars today. Team members doing better now. The young man (Ibrahim ) always ready to unlock the items when you press the ring. very professional!!! , always ready to help , but they need to clean the shopping cars. Very dirty and wet . I used to come at the store 3 times in 4 days and one shopping car was always wet, like they didn’t take the time to clean it. I’ts unprofessional

I recommend going to the other cvs locations in Williamsburg. I was in the consultation window and the pharmacist asked me to go to the other window to finish my transaction, and that’s when the manager comes out and asks me to come back tomorrow because it just hit 5pm, their closing time. I tried to explain that I was there before 5pm and the pharmacist asked me to go to the other window but he was firm that I needed.

black, gay man with dreds that works at the pharmacy is extremely rude. he gets off on turning away the sick from their medication. very cruel. if youre gonna have that attitude i highly suggest you find another profession.
