Shane has horrible customer service. He dismissed me after I told him my UPS package was delivered today. He took the next customer & told me to come back tomorrow. thank God the store manager was there to witness it all. The manager took my ID & found my package. Shane didn’t even bother to apologize for his laziness. Get him off the register if he can’t do his job probably. Thank you!

Everything is locked away and the staff makes no effort to assist customers way for them to unlock these. If you are going to have a things locked up please have staff available on the floor to assist. Poor customer service when the cashier tells you to go back and press the button. What’s the point I’d help never come.

Its bad enough everything is locked up and someone that hates their job has to follow me around the store like a criminal to pick out everything I need. Can people at least do they're job and come open the case. I'm done with this, ordering on Amazon from now on. Just close all these stores down already. This business model doesn't work and just makes people hate your brand.....

Inventory was scarce and customer service was lacking. Stood around for over ten minutes waiting for someone to open one of the security doors so I could get a single item. Also the prices have gone up considerably. I bought an item for $18 and found it for $11 elsewhere.

This place is disorganized, under staffed and a dump the shelves are empty the floors are dishoveled and missing tiles like it had a flood. Just close this location down.
You staff is rude and unprofessional.

CVS used to be a fairly priced difference option. But now with no Duane reade and no Rite Aid, CVS is a overpriced as Walgreens with less employees and worse appearance.

Kudos to the mentally challenged front end greeters who assist at the self checker stations..They should be given additional responsibilities when possible whereas the supposedly "normal" employees have no customer service skills.

DO NOT GO THERE. THEY ARE ADMINISTERING INCORRECT MEDICATION. When you confront them they blame a new company as the reason why your medication looks different. PURE FOOLISHNESS. NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHILE PLAYING WITH SOMEONE'S LIFE.
