This CVS inside Spring Creek Towers (Starrett City) is always busy but this morning (4/5/25), I was on the line behind 14 people and 2 or 3 cashiers open. This is horrible. I noticed a dirty coffee cup left on top to food items near the checkout. Used tissues and paper thrown on the floor. The items near the photo section are covered in thick dust. The shelves at the cards sections look like they've never been cleaned.
This is my go-to CVS but it's become shabby, dirty and inconvenient. It's obviously understaffed and I must say, to be fair, all the staff I have dealt with are helpful and professional. C'mon CVS, clean up your act and serve the community better!

I put in a photo order and 4 months went by to be told their printer is down 😑
Called several other locations to get my order transferred to and was told the same thing, printers not working. At this point don’t advertise photos for pickup. CVS do better!

Spring Creek Towers CVS is very unprofessional when it comes to delivery of medication. They tell us to call at 9 AM in the morning. I called at eight to leave a message so I can be a part of the Delivery. They did not call me to 12 o’clock which is very unprofessional they really need to be better with their management skills with the delivery service for the community, especially for elders ! Concern paying clients .

Do not go to this pharmacy!!! The people are nice but you will be waiting on line for your prescription for a very very long time. It is absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait. You have to wait an extremely long time just for them to fill your prescription Never mind the wait to pick it up. The doctor can send your prescription the day before and it is still not ready by lunch time the next day. It never used to be this bad there, I don’t know what happened. It is terrible now. Do yourself a favor and fill your prescription somewhere else. I did for years, not anymore!!

If I could give zero strength I would. Lines are long no matter what time you go, the lone moves slow. They call and say the rx is ready but when you get ther it isn't after waiting on the long line. Or they tell you they dint have it in stock. You called me to say it was ready! The cashier took my rx off the shelf, tried to ring it up but couldn't because the computer said it's still on hold. I couldn't purchase the rx IN the cashiers hand. Older people with cane's standing for 40 min. It's a terrible pharmacy. They lie and say cone back in an hour and when you come back two hours later oh it's still not ready. I gave you extra time that you claimed you needed. Then it's ready a whole day or two later. It's medication not candy! It's the worst pharmacy ever! I am changing to a small neignorhood pharmacy.

Worst Pharmacy EVER!! The employees are lazy and they barely want to help! When you call, then hang up on you before you even get a chance to speak to them! Don't even get me started on
the extremely long lines. I especially feel sorry for the elderly who have to stand there for 30+ minutes waiting on these ridiculously long lines . Lastly, the pharmacy needs to hire more people. At best you will see only two employees at the front registers "working"... I won't return to this joke of a "Pharmacy" again! SMH

Employees not helpful at all! They actually close the pharmacy department for lunch!

Well let me start by saying I understand thay wait times happens at alot of locations. But my issue is normally when there is an issue and it's affecting patient care people make changes to help those who can not help them self's. With that being said to have people who are elder wait in a line were they have to stand just to get medicine is unacceptable. I been coming to this CVS for a while and I remember a while ago the wait times were not that bad. We need to work on fixing wait times foe those whom can not wait.

Always very pleasant at this location, when I need assistance the staff is very helpful & the front end staff always always greets me, the pharmacy is also very pleasant. This location has come a long way, the store has been renovated and looking very clean. Thank you CVS

I'm going to give a 2 stars , I very much like this store but there is a down fall, a very entitled goofy person ( The Red Head clerk ) she showed her true colors with me , and I for certainly let her know I'm not the one. The red head was very rude and made a scene for a small question. The very entitled red head clerk thinks she owned the store and run everything there. The store is great, and pharmacy as well but the red head dark skin girl has to go, the company need to read the review here and transfer her out of this neighborhood friendly store, that lil entitled brat.
