Staff is RUDE!!! I came there on 11.7 and the Asian older guy was rude to me. The Spanish looking girl with the red hair was rude too… just horrible customer service! Do better!

Korean male manager is unprofessional and screaming at customers. This CVS location is often very humid and air conditioner does not seems to work. Okay product selection and availability but some products are frequently out of stock. I Never tried their pharmacy department but visit this location about once in every few months.

I had the worst experience in this store, had rx with receipts and everything they didn’t give me medications, wasted time on commute and ended up without medicine, super unempathetic staff who just want to get rid of you, I’m typing this review from emergency room after they refused to honor my rx

Can you do?
Night says pimple with seniors and people with disability.They make fun of people who are deaf.They make fun of people who are senior to a walkers and wheelchairs c.B.S is a disgrace to the midwood brooklyn

this is my neighborhood drug store so visit it frequently. Seems like they are always "stocking" but nothing is in "stock" The staff seems like they turn over A LOT. They have everything locked up and associates take forever to respond to the bell. i get frustrated and walk out and take my business elsewhere.
There could be no one in store and they take forever to open the case in order for you to get something.
The associates at self check out treat everyone like a THIEF. This one women at the SELF Check out i asked for a rain check and she did not know how to fill it up and it took forever for someone to come assist her. I could of filled it out for her and i do not even work there ! Pharmacy department no issues the women who is there in the Consult line could be a little aggressive, and unpleasant to deal with. But the other staff is decent.

First time and last time telling my doctor to send prescription to this Pharmacy.This Pharmacy is horrible. Unwilling to double check and help. Waited at the pick-up line and then was told to go to the drop-off line then back to the pick-up line. told me they couldnt help me. Horrible customer servicerr, manager does not care either. Super rude.

The store became a joke. Everything is closed and you have to ring so someone should come and open the items for you. Doesn’t matter how many times you ring and wait - no one will come to give you the item. Ridiculous
