This is a review more so for corporate than this individual CVS location but I’m really tired of CVS locking everything up especially in majority Black and Latino communities. It makes shopping nearly impossible as you can’t easily compare products and it takes forever for a staff member to come and unlock it for you (because of course they’re not using the money they allegedly save from anti-shoplifting measures such as these to hire more staff!). It’s also blatantly villainizing the communities that patronize their stores. Absolutely disgusting display of corporate greed and terrible customer experience.

Worst pharmacy ever been waiting for over 2 months for my medication that they said they were going to order just for me to call them and ask what is the hold up for them to tell me oh it expired we need a new prescription I was never informed and if I didn't call they never would of never informed me

The second time in as many months that I chose to pay for medication delivery, and the second time it was canceled on delivery day. No one can answer why this happened I’ve even paid extra for same day delivery and it was canceled too. We have a door man that signs for packages etc and still they won’t even try. I can’t say the in-person experience is any better either. I’ll be switching back to DR pharmacy.

I walked into CVS around 2:33 PM on May 15, a bit nervous after-lunch shifts at any place can be hit or miss, especially when it’s busy. But what I experienced completely restored my faith in great customer service.
From the moment I reached the pharmacy counter, Kelsi greeted me with a warm smile and handled my situation with calmness and efficiency. I was feeling frazzled because one of my medications wasn’t on hold as expected, but her professional and reassuring demeanor instantly put me at ease.
Then came R Jay, who went above and beyond. He didn’t just offer sympathy he actually called another pharmacy on my behalf. That level of kindness is rare. He even followed up with another call trying to transfer my prescription, showing true dedication. Although I ultimately decided to handle it myself, I was incredibly touched by his effort and patience during the long wait.
Later, when I called back to have my medication filled, Anton returned my call in less than 10 minutes. That kind of promptness and attention is exactly what outstanding service looks like.
This was my very first interaction with this CVS pharmacy team, and I have to say I’m blown away. After a rough week filled with poor customer service experiences elsewhere, this team’s cheerful professionalism truly reminded me that kindness and care still exist in the world.
Thank you so much, Kelsi, R Jay, Anton and also Janice and Aiana, a happy staff makes happy customers ! You all rock. I’m genuinely grateful!

Disregard my feedback. I just realized it wasn't the cashier's fault . The cashier behaved just fine. I misunderstood. However, you could make sure there are prices on the shelves for the merchandise, correct prices. Thank you

No wonder CVS is dying. Filthy. Under stocked. Under staffed, everything is under lock and key. Insane prices. Broken checkout machines. Prime location but will probably be closed in 6 months.

Love the store itself.
Sales people are so friendly and greets you when you enter, they are also very helpful and always so pleasant , it depends who is at the pharmacy area.. not really friendly!

CVS is a fine store with a huge variety of items that are reasonably priced. The staff are pleasant workers eager to assist in helping you acquire your everyday needs. They also have deep discount rewards. Shop CVS
