This pharmacy and the staff is completely unorganized and rude . I asked for help and the staff was very dismissive. Furthermore un empathetic and could not help. After the female referred me to another staff member who also behaved poorly, a complete nightmare. Furthermore these staff members refused to fill my son’s Asthma’s (rescue)medication because the pharmacy “close in 30 minutes and the lines too long” the exact words that came out of his mouth. I work in healthcare and would never speak to customers/patients this way. There must be professional training for these staff members. I’m in absolute awe that I was treated in this behavior. I used this pharmacy for years, not anymore!

The store was clean my only concern was they did not tell me how the prescription was supposed to be taken they assumed I knew but everything else was fine very professional

Always a pleasure they are very professional very professional I highly recommend that if you're in this area and you have to use this pharmacy at CVS they are wonderful get your shots keep those flu shots going and your covert boosters. I highly recommend not only this target but the CVS with that said thank you very much continue to like hit that like button and subscribe thank you have a great day bye.

Great experience today at cvs gateway location..Why????? I was in and out in under 6 minutesStaff had items ready and items that were not ready she completed the prescription in record time. This is the absolute truth..

There are several people working behind the counter….it takes on average of 15-20 min before anyone would acknowledge you. Terrible…..

If the salesperson answering the telephone doesn't know the answer to a question, he/she should converse with the Manager instead of giving an incorrect answer!
