Same terrible pharmacy service—I suspect, same Brian unless they have several Brians, each with unearned attitude. I called the pharmacy once to follow up on the availability of my medication as a new patient. I was not complaining or being rude; I simply wanted to know if the medication will be available. The response I received was dismissive and impatient, as if I had been calling repeatedly all day, pestering. When I politely asked for the staff member’s name, he escalated the tone of the conversation. I immediately ended the call with, “thank you, goodbye,” and decided I will never step into that pharmacy again.
I strongly recommend to record phone calls to the pharmacy, as it may improve service quality over time.

I have geat experience with Sheepshead bay drug store. People are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Especially Anna who helped me and other people to find stuff we needed and helped at register

Pharmacist name is John , he works in sheepshead bay location, he is super professional, he knows what he is doing and his communication with patients is amazing. Good job John and wishing you success.

This location turned into a dump. I used to shop here all the time. Each time I come in there are little to no employees. I came in to print a photo and needed assistance with the kiosk. I rang the customer service button and the girl at the self checkout shouted something at me and walked away. I waited and waited then ended up walking up to the self checkout and found another employee (tall woman) who was on her phone. I asked her for assistance. I swear to god she didn’t look up at me while I was speaking until I asked if she worked there

Terrible terrible experience here. Fat lady with red hair and a weird accent was very rude to me and kept telling me "Get ouh my storuhh" ???? She needs to stop hitting that vape indoors and go hit the gym ???

The most disfunctional pharmacy among all. Loosing prescriptions, missing refills pitting people in danger. Terrible customer service and staff. Do not take your prescriptions there if you don’t wanna die.

Horrible no cashier self checkout only but only one for cash transaction with a line when asked if I needed help I said paying cash was then pointed to a closed self checkout register

Had a question regarding my prescription. The person on the phone was in the rush and just hanged up. Very rude.

I placed a photo magnets pick up order online and 3 days later it said it was ready for pick up. I called the store 10 times to confirm, no answer. I went in person and a worker told me the photo machines will be down all week and that my message was automated. I said but it was printed that’s why I received the text. He didn’t seem to know how it works so I left. I called the next day 15 times. The first two rings they hung up on me. I went back in and asked to speak with the manager. The guy told me he was the manager. I stated all the above and then we walked to the photo area to check for my photos. He insisted the machines don’t work but i noticed my stack of photos but without the magnets. He seemed shocked that I noticed my photos ready. I asked him when will the magnets be ready I need them by tomorrow. He told me they would be done by tomorrow. They in fact were. However, I called 5 times before I got an answer before showing up to confirm that they were ready. CVS is very slow service. Prior to this order I had a horrible experience with a Staten Island location. Also, the place smells bad. It took 5 days to receive my photos after receiving a message they were ready.
