I had my doctor send the prescription on Friday to this location as it was close to my work. When I arrrived, they didn't have my medication in stock and told me to come back on Wednesday.
I come to this pharmacy during my work day inbetween my back to back meetings, and they tell me they were out of stock for the rest of the month. Apparently, they did not even leave a note when I stopped by last week especially since I didn't have a file with them.
THEN WHY DID THEY TELL ME TO COME BACK?? WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME THE STEPS I NEEDED TO TAKE BEFOREHAND? I have to travel the next day and would not come back until next week. Wasted my time.
I would like to add that it was the SAME pharmacist and person at the counter from when I came here on Friday.

Racial profiling the SECOND I walked in. Doesn’t matter how rich or bougie you are, black people will be followed around this store. Hope this place goes out of business

This CVS is a large and well-stocked pharmacy, offering a wide variety of products, from medication to snacks and basic groceries. The service was average—nothing particularly outstanding, but functional. One issue I faced was that my WISE card didn’t go through, which was inconvenient and forced me to pay in cash. Other than that, I was able to find everything I needed, so overall it was a decent experience.

The hours say open until 8pm but this CVS closes well before that.
They lock the door and post an employee inside to shake their head at people who want to come in to buy something.

Place is an embarrassment to the neighborhood. Understaffed, disengaged staff, tourist prices, they lock everything including the ice cream.
Why have self checkout with everything on the shelves locked? Places like this are going out of business all over the city AND THEY BLAME THEFT - they use inconvenient systems and an outdated incentive system.

Absolutely ridiculous store most of them are logged!The employees are extremely rude. Breanna- should learn to be polite while working in the store as a customer service rep! Never was in the store again.

I absolutely hate this CVS , I go when I have no choice and it’s last resort. Every thing is locked. Juice, water, soap, ice cream, spray scents, medicine. Literally everything! Might as well have an associate join you once you walk in while you shop because you will need one. Pricing on shelves never matches pricing when scanned and they will argue with you about it instead of fixing it for you. The shelf price should be correct that’s someone’s job, if the sale ended two days ago it shouldn’t still be up and if so honor your pricing.
Change this store to target please! something else because it’s truly horrible as well at the staff so rude and unfriendly.

One of the worst CVS in all of New York. They’re always closed, the pharmacy random closes throughout the day, they never have prescriptions in stock nor get them on time. Almost sold out of milk and eggs so they’re not even reliable as a back up option. Please move out so a serious company can take over like Duane Reade… would give less than 0 if I could

This place is a dump. Pharmacy does not open until 11 am and the entire place is dirty. It’s a shame they pushed out the local pharmacist.

The best CVS store in New York City. ✨️
I always have an excellent in-store shopping experience and also saved over $1000 annually by being an Extracare Plus member. The $5 monthly fee pays for itself immediately with a $10 reward each month and is available for use on most products.

The staff who work at this location are genuinely the best. So thoughtful, helpful, and friendly. They even spend their own money on dog treats so that they can give them out to all the neighborhood dogs, which my dog happens to be a very big fan of. The store is always clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. Plus, there's never a line to check out and the self-serve machines always work. This is not the case at other CVS locations, especially in the city! Sometimes I go in just to chat with members of the staff because they are such wonderful humans. 10/10 recommend this location!
* I also want to note that I saw the review from an anonymous person regarding Chanukah candles. While I'm sorry that this person had a poor experience, I want to assure people that I was easily able to buy candles for Chanukah in December!

Worst pharmacy, I avoid it at all costs. Pharmacists aren’t helpful, shelves are constantly empty, hours are not convenient.
