Dillon and Monique were very helpful and patient especially with my insurance State Farm that was not cooperative throughout the whole duration of me trying to get my car fixed. I’m very grateful to them for their work, the car looks like it didn’t get damaged at all and they were able to fix everything just in time for Christmas.

Stopped by because this shop is close to my house. Car finished in 2 weeks just in time for holiday. Monique is a cool receptionist. Dillon the manager took care of my car like it was his own. He is extremely friendly. Felt like family from jump. Thank you all seriously for smooth process. I got my baby back, but you gained a new customer should I need you again. Happy holidays.

On the first visit to Dan's Auto Collision, Dillion was very polite and helpful when I went to inquire about having some work done to my car. When I finally took my car back to the shop, I met Monique and she had a pleasant attitude, and was very helpful as well.
The guy that worked on my car did a good job.

This place honestly deserves more than 5 stars! This was one of the body shops I had to choose from after my parked car was hit and I'm so glad I selected this place. The receptionist Monique was extremely friendly and pleasant. She called me as soon as they received the request from the insurance and got me scheduled ASAP to drop of my car. The process after that was easy and stress free! I received texts with every update from the moment they started the process. I never had to call or ask about anything. Not only that, but they fixed my car earlier than expected. I had an original ETA of 3/19 and received a call from Monique stating that my car was ready to be picked up on 3/14. My car literally looked brand new lol. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dilon who brought my car out for me and he was so warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone!

One of the best experiences I’ve had during a frustrating situation. The office manager Mo is extremely professional, friendly and compassionate. From the initial phone call to the in person meeting she made me feel comfortable and valued. Dillion was also very professional and knowledgeable. The work was amazing!! It was completed in a timely manner and left me speechless. My car looked brand new. They even took the time to clean inside the car. I felt like I was leaving a luxury dealership instead of a collision shop. Very thankful to the entire staff.
