I was calling around a few places and accidentally dialed this number. A guy called me back and since I had him on the phone and saw there were good reviews, I told him my budget for the countertops in my small kitchen. He replied with the most dripping condescension imaginable, "We would NOT work in that budget!" I mean, it's a decent budget, and others have quoted me in that arena. I guess call this place if you want to spend a ton of money for countertops.

My husband and I finally decided to move forward with the long-overdue remodeling of our kitchen, and we couldn't be happier that we chose DCON Renovations. Their high rating is truly deserved. Shiloh's project coordination was professional; he efficiently managed the electrician and plumber to ensure everything stayed on schedule and that we were satisfied with every aspect. Sam’s exceptional taste and attention to detail were invaluable to us. The work area was kept organized, and any minor incidental damage to adjacent rooms was promptly repaired. We also appreciate their commitment to standing behind their work with a warranty. We are delighted with the result and would gladly use the DCON team for any future remodeling projects!

Despite encountering a few unforeseen challenges, such as hidden structural issues, the team at DCON Renovations tackled each obstacle. Their clear communication throughout the process kept me informed and involved, which I greatly appreciated.

Our experience with Shiloh and his team at DCON Renovations was amazing. Shiloh was extremely helpful with every part of our extensive remodel in Brooklyn, which included adding a bathroom, remodeling the master bathroom, installing a new kitchen, adding built-in shelving and closets, redoing a fireplace, changing all floors, and painting walls. He finished everything as expected. I highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely use them again for future projects.

Shiloh and the DCON team did a great job on my mid-century fixer-upper. Full renovation including garden apartment. Even when issues came up Shiloh was flexible and very communicative. I definitely recommend!

My husband and I recently finished a remodel with DCON Renovations. DCON did a complete renovation of our kitchen, living room, master bedroom and bathroom, and kids bedroom. We were on a VERY tight timeline with a baby on the way! They completely gutted the kitchen, moved plumbing and electrical, installed hardwoods, took down walls, put up a new wall, created beautiful arched openings between our kitchen and living room, painted, installed appliances, and so much more. David and the team went above and beyond to make sure our project was finished on time. Our crew was led by Shiloh, a very hard working individual. I felt comfortable asking him questions and making suggestions. He was very patient with me as I made requests to adjust the height of sconces, move light switches, re-do plumbing to add a potfiller over the range, etc. I would make a request, and he would make it happen! And of course, I am so thankful to David for making this project come together. Before, during, and after the project he was very accessible to any question or concern we might have had. He sincerely wanted to make sure that we were satisfied customers that had a quality renovation after all was said and done. I can't speak highly enough of this company and the work they did in our home! Without a doubt I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you DCON for making my renovation come to life!

The crew was great, polite, hardworking, and skillful, and the process was smooth and easy from the first phone call to the initial estimate with Mordy and on with Sam, the project manager and his crew. The craftsmanship in the tile install and finish is fantastic, and I could not be happier. The team at DCON Renovations just remodeled my bathroom, and they did a great job. The bathroom was in very bad shape, and they put the hard work in and turned it into a beautiful modern bathroom.

It was such a pleasure working with DCON Renovations (Isaac and his crew) to remodel our townhome kitchen and two bathrooms. Their crew was diligent on being careful with our personal property and covering up rooms, furnishing and walkways. Some companies strive to do a good job satisfying customer needs. After working with DCON Renovations on my apartment renovation, I can with first-hand knowledge say Shiloh did a GREAT job providing a totally satisfying customer service experience. Communication is important during a project, and DCON routinely responded in a timely manner. I'm relatively particular in the details, and Shiloh was most accommodating and proficient in every detail.
