Would not recommend. Overcharged and bribed for tips. Broke pieces of furniture but because we didn’t use them for moving out of storage, they were unwilling to cover any damages. All around bad experience.

DISASTER!! WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I used these guys to move out of an apartment, into storage and then out again into another apartment. I was missing a small fire chest that looks like a mini safe when I moved out of the storage unit. (Filed a police report, no CCTV cameras so they couldn't do anything but said it was likely the movers). They were heavy handed with my items and I had scratches on wood furniture from where they dragged it across concrete floors and it ripped off the protective plastic they had put on. I had to save my bed head from getting crushed in an elevator door that they had used to try prop it open, and search for missing bed pieces when they were reassembling which were left on the street. In addition, they turned up 3 hours late for pick up from storage and I missed my window for delivery to my coop and had to beg the security guys to let them complete the delivery.

My brother used Diamond hands to move to new place in LIC today from a 6 floor walk up apt in UES. Two guys came and they worked really hard and moved his stuff without any problems. Highly recommend.

If this is the place in Williamsburg you are all criminals! You stored my things in with another clients and offered me their things stored there. . Is that what you did with ALL my things that went missing? Area rug, air fryer, baking pans, humidifiers, utensils, foot rest etc etc and then had the nerve to curse me when I questioned staff and asked for video footage. You people are a disgrace!!!
