I have been a customer of this bank for almost a year and I have had nothing but incredible customer service from Patrycja Glowacz. She has provided me excellent customer service. When I need something, she goes out of her way , above and beyond to help me with any banking needs or questions. Her personality shines always and I am very appreciative. Cecelia, the manager has also been great, always helpful and has helped me as well with some of my banking needs.

If possible I would rate this bank negative 5 stars. It took me over 30 minutes on the phone and still failed trying to link an external bank account, which, frustrated, led me to close the account on the spot. It was processed without a hitch this time! Little did I know there would another call with yet another set of "security questions" to answer before they would process! I found this out only after 6 days of the closing request when I noticed funds had not been transferred. The customer service is non-existent at this bank and they are haughty and do everything possible to make their customers' life miserable. Do not use this bank or you are begging for hell!
