Ditmas pharmacy is a neighborhood gem and people who work there are very friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. They have helped me so much. I am truly grateful for their service and they are truly the best.

The pharmacy closes earlier than the schedule says, so be careful. I came in on Friday at 4:45 and the roller shutters were already closed!

Absolutely disrespectful and mean young blond female pharmacists, with no manners .It's my local pharmacy , but I wish I lived somewhere else and not to come back there and see her face again. I have a newborn 4 months old baby who live only on certain formula.My WIC program allows me to get 9 pieces per month, so I always did .My husband works really hard till late and my baby is sick, has a flu. I came there with a baby 3 times to order this formula, they never did till yesterday, so I called to make sure they got it. My friend came over around 4 pm, to watch baby but she was really cranky and wouldn't let me to leave, so I gave my friend my wic ID and checks and sent her to the pharmacy ( I knew it wouldn't work) but I gave it a shot. Obviously they didn't give her product , even she explained situation. So friend came back , baby was screaming and starving , so I had to go with wic Id and checks in my pocket to get formula, so what do you think? When I got there I showed it to her, and she asked me my actual ID to prove it!i didn't have it with me, coz nobody ever asked me it before.Just to being mean she did.Are you serious??! My WiC ID is my freaking ID, she made that arrogant face and said" I follow policy, go somewhere else". I wish I had my phone with me to google WIC policy , which literally says- to use your checks you need unsigned checks and WIC ID!!! So I said ok you just lost 180$ and me as your customer forever, so I went to another pharmacy after and they gave me all 9 pieces with no problem . I hope your boss gonna read it and fire your face! Just because of her I gave this place 1 star.
