I’ve come here a few times and every time I tell myself it will be the last time. The quality of their gel manicures are not good and don’t last, they use the nail drill to the point where it leaves nails damaged. And most importantly they are way over priced. I just got gel removal, and had my nails shaped and shined with no polish - it was $38!!! If you’re thinking about coming here just don’t - pick one of the other local nail salons and bring your business there.

I visited salon yesterday for a manicure and pedicure, both with gel, including builder gel for the manicure. When I booked over the phone, I was quoted a specific price. However, when I arrived, I was told it would be $10 more due to the builder gel being more expensive, which hadn’t been mentioned earlier.
After the service, before I even had a chance to pay at the counter, the technician asked me directly for a tip. I sent her tip via Venmo, but she seemed very upset, insisting it wasn’t enough and asking for more even though I hadn’t yet paid for the service itself. She was telling me a specific quote she wanted me to send her.
Later, I felt bad about the situation and decided to send her an additional tip. However, now that I’ve had a chance to look at my nails more closely, I’m honestly quite disappointed with the quality. The pedicure looks uneven and rushed, and the manicure isn’t much better. I’m attaching a few photos for reference.
I also found it very uncomfortable that I was pressured to tip a specific amount. I find completely inappropriate, especially given the quality of service and $140 I have spent. My pedicure and manicure needs to be redone!

They overfiled my nails, and my nails hurt and damaged. I am writing this for their consideration to never do that to anyone. I will never come back here again.

I had the BEST experience at Diva Nail Salon!!! I went in late because of work and they were so accommodating and efficient, and did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure. The technicians are very skilled and also very kind, the service was 10/10. Even though it was past closing the technicians made sure to add quick dry to my nails and helped me get my shoes and jacket on. I will be a regular customer here from now on.

I’ve tried alll the nail salons in this area but this place is the BEST! Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, the nice scent when you walk in but most of all the staff are all talented. Always satisfied with all the job they do. 10/10 I recommend!! Thank you Diva Nails!!

Made an appointment earlier the day of and it was absolutely perfect. There were three of us all getting pedicures and they took us right away and we all sat together. A little pricey but they did a great job. Cash tips only. Would definitely come back here or recommend!

Am giving a 5 stars only because I went there on Friday and Blanca the Hispanic girl she is new there,did an awesome Job with my toe nails ,I have never had a pedicure so well done,she was great and nice. Remember this name BLANCA….I usually go to Lys Nail on Bedford ave for my hand,because at Divas my experiences have not been the best.But will definitely go back for my feet with BLANCA

My wife went here for over a year. She really liked them at first and gave them the benefit of the doubt. She would travel in over 40 minutes since she was excited to have found them (at first). They were attentive the first few visits, however sadly we noticed over time that the ladies would say things about her (yes they were speaking a different language and knowing my wife is actually Asian so they should be careful because she actually understood some of the things said, but didn’t say anything since it would impact the mood and she just wanted her nails done). This is not ideal for customers, also scoffing and staring while paying over $100 each time isn’t a very welcoming experience that repeated itself. There are specific incidences that we won’t mention here.
She would tip them more than 20% as a nice gesture and that is who she is however felt it wasn’t appreciated. So instead she started to look for another place respectfully.
Young the owner is very sweet but the others made my wife feel uncomfortable over time especially when the nail quality would crack a lot more and the prices were getting higher. In fact, she would have to come in more frequently for lose tips on nails / cracks in quality. She was a kind and respectful customer to the team, but now has a new nail salon that delivers high quality each time and is very nice!

Took their time, shaped beautifully and long lasting proper dip manicure. Spa pedicure was wonderful and relaxing as well. This photo is after 3+ weeks of wear still looking beautiful.
