The best example of the worst of Dollar Tree. It’s filthy and riddled with shipping boxes everywhere. This is a constant. You can’t even push the shopping carts through the aisles. The staff are rude and don’t bag your items. Not sure how this place isn’t closed.

Bought chips with an expiration date of Aug1417. Mgr tried the "Maybe it's the born on date." I showed him bags next to that bunch from which I picked mine: different dates: 'Jan0718' Me: "Logic dictates either way it's expired. Those must be from the future because January 2019 is months away." He begins removing the bags with a small attitude. "Anything else I can help you with?" ? "Uh..yeah! Compensation or a new, fresher bag." Check out date of my photo and date on bag. Check the expiration dates people, or end up with black stool." ? #stoicGod
Update: June 10, '24: POS terminal issues plague them more than being short staffed but at least the new hires are an improvement. They rearranged aisles and product placement and introduced some higher priced items yet, still, a decent place to periodically visit to pick up a few things. Great for party essentials.

During my recent visit to Dollar Tree located at 1562 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, New York 11216, around 4:30 pm, I encountered a distressing incident involving a member of the management team. The individual in question was an African American woman with distinctive long eyelashes, who, curiously, was wearing reindeer antlers and a red sweater at the time. While I was in the process of checking out and waiting for my friend, this manager exhibited rudeness by stating, "People shouldn't be in line if they're not ready to pay." Seeking clarification as she directly addressed me as a customer, I was met with the dismissive response, "Speak when spoken to." This exchange was not only unwarranted but also left me feeling disrespected. Adding to my dissatisfaction, I observed that the store was in an untidy condition, further detracting from the shopping experience. To my surprise and disappointment, the same manager, responsible for maintaining professionalism, was observed eating while assisting customers, a clear violation of expected conduct. In light of these incidents, I feel compelled to voice my concerns and plan to contact the store via telephone to address and rectify this behavior. It is my strong belief that the actions of this employee are not reflective of Dollar Tree's core values. In order to maintain the standards of professionalism and customer service, I recommend that appropriate measures, including termination, be taken regarding this employee.
