I visited the location while shopping in the area. If I didn't need floor-cleaning wipes I would have turned around at the front door. The so-called manager/supervisor was extremely rude as soon as I walked into the business. She requested that shopping carts be left at the front door; NYC has a policy regarding plastic bags and shopping carts are necessary. The African-American women also went into a rant about not having enough currency in front of elderly patrons who were forced to stand in a line that extended down an aisle. I suggest Dollar Tree install security cameras to watch over the business.

I visited the store today while shopping in the area. The store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional to the customers. Loud and obnoxious regarding shopping carts and issues with currency. I noticed there were elderly patrons in the store who may have needed assistance with items using their individual shopping carts. The cashier who replaced the rude African-American manager was extremely respectful and should be given the position for her professionalism.

Terrible store, staff with products, a lot of expired goods, rather because there are no people they do not have time to clean the goods and hang new prices.

This store is overcharging for the palmolive bars of soaps. This comes wrapped up in plastic with 3 bars of soaps for $1.25.... The store owner or manager whoever is in charge.... are unwrapping it & selling it for $1.25 A BAR. Consumer Affairs is getting a call.... Why would you do that knowing it is hard enough in this City, Economy we are living.......... This store is located on Wyckoff Ave

what a improvement! This store is so much more organized and little by little the variety of products is getting better. There is lack of clear signage, though, as to what time the store is supposed to close, and it seems the workers just decide it’s 9:30 PM. Some cashiers are a bit rude as well, but overall I will be continuing to shop here more often. It seems like shutting the store down for a month to reset Everything was a good move.

Don’t understand what the big hype was all about, their grand opening gave false hope and store looks like shambles once again with empty shelves, barely any stocked products and limited staff. There “ security ” wanted me to wake up my son and leave behind his stroller as there policy has changed but other dollar trees don’t implement that.

The Dollar Tree is not organized and can be messy. It is very busy and not well stocked.

Good store staff is nice and they help you. And it's the costumers that keep the store a mess they let there kids pull merchandise of the shelf and they all so steal the merchandise so that's why the store is always a mess and the items are never put back.

By far one of the nastiest stores of any kind I’ve been in and their shelves a practically empty. There might be an equal number of items on the floor as there are on the shelf and the store literally stinks.

Employees are doing their job, but it's not their fault that there's a lot of thieves and most shelves are half empty.
