Danisha the worst cashier she does not know customer service, very irritable and impatient after I stood in line for over 45mins no complaints smh I called to speak to a store manager no answer after my terrible experience with her in store!

This was my first time at this location, however it will not be my last!!! I came just to purchase some hand sanitizer and placemats,so why did I leave the store with a filled with 45$ worth of merchandise 🤦🏾♀️😂?!!!!
Because this location was clean, organized,and well stocked. The atmosphere created in this place is so calming,I found myself conversing and laughing with other customers,most people were courteous.
The staff members were pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable of and where items were located,and either directed to the correct aisle or took you there themselves!
Shout-out to the beautiful and lovely spirited Latoya 🌷 who assisted me in the aisle while she was stocking shelves,then also as my cashier what a dear heart...
The lines were long however the cashiers made sure the lines moved quickly and orderly!
I highly recommend this location 10/10

This dollar tree is far better stocked and has far more considerate staff than others I have been to. Their shelves are always tidy and neat, which makes looking for products easier.

Friends omg horrible staff, rude unpleasant seem to be more concerned about the rude customer then the pleasant people,all the bleaches bottle were open and slip all over my pant , no type of aide was offered. I'm very disappointed nice size dollar tree poorly stock , poorly ran I will return all item tomorrow 😢

The Dollar Tree on Utica Ave ultimately is not a bad store. The selection is usually good. My review is based on service. The older lady there with glasses attitude is the worst. It's bad enough lines can get seriously long but when you finally get to the register no one wants their stuff thrown around by cashier who can't even greet you. I wished I got the young lady next to her as she at properly greeted her customers and interacted with them like they were people.

I recently went to this Dollar Tree location to purchase art supplies. After being checked out,I forgot to pick up my oak-tag paper. I reached my car a block away and a man passing by motioned to me to turn around, because a woman was trying to get my attention. When I turned around,I saw Ms. Lee waving my rolled up oak tag that I had forgotten ( which by the way I really needed for a project).Now THAT is PROFESSIONALISM at it's Best!!! Thank you Ms. Lee for showing the world what it's like to be a PRO! May the MOST HIGH GOD bless you always!!! ???????
