I was originally hesitant to switch from Walgreens to a smaller, local pharmacy but absolutely no regrets since switching to Dose.
This is a fantastic addition to the area. Great customer service, no wait times, well stocked pharmacy with free delivery. What is not to like?

New pharmacy with crazy good customer service from pharmacist. Wait time almost zero unlike CVS and rite aid. I got sick of waiting online from the bigger pharmacies all the time and finally changed. They sell nice gifts for babies and got samples if you ever need.

I was out walking today, and a gnat flew in my eye. Awful. I happened to be a few blocks from this pharmacy so I stopped in to get some eye drops, and when the pharmacist on duty heard what I was dealing with, he immediately put on a glove and helped me get the gnat out. That was above and beyond. I am so grateful for his kindness.

Super friendly service and good selection and prices. Extremely clean store, too.
This was my first time here as I needed a couple things in a pinch. I appreciated them being open early on a weekday as well as being so kind and eager to help. Worth mentioning, not a pharmaceutical item per se, but very cute birthday candles here too by the counter!

I want to make it clear that the two young men working behind the counter could not be more polite, friendly, and willing to put the customer first. The store's management? -- They prioritized keeping $10 instead of a returning customer. A few days ago, I bought a $10 deodorant that irritated my skin. When I tried to return the item, I was denied after the employee had to call the manager by phone to get permission. He was told that since the product was opened, they couldn't resell it. Understandable. So I asked if I could get a store credit, but was denied again. I was told that they have a loyalty program, which if I had (x) amount of points I would be able to made whole...? Sorry, I will not be signing up for your loyalty program. I chose this place because I wanted to support a local business. Fortunately there are plenty of other options in the neighborhood to choose from next time.
