I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I made a large order and one of the items they sent me was incorrect. I have the original receipt that specifies that I ordered a 3/4 sleeve cropped shell. They sent me a long sleeve shell. May not seem like a big deal but I specifically ordered 3/4 sleeve because I prefer that length and the long sleeve shells are to long for me and leave a lot of extra bulky fabric. I contacted the store so that they could fix the issue (either send me a replacement or reimburse me) and they are refusing. They will only give store credit. I don't want store credit. I don't want to have to pay shipping to get the item they were supposed to send me in the first place. They are refusing to reimburse me. They charged me for something I did not order. That is very dishonest.

Amazing customer service and a fabulous one stop shop for all your needs. The staff on both floors are extremely helpful and imformative. Returns and exchange policies are very reasonable. Definitely going to become a regular.?
