After my last visit to this store the owner named Alex is a joke first he told me what to do to unlock my phone I told him I tried but he insisted to try his way and told me what to say since he claims this is what I do and it will work - I tried and stopped by to tell him that his information was bs since I already tried doing that and in did not work I he first time. Then he offer me $50 for a iPhone 40 Pro that he has on his display for $ 650 what a crook. Today I told him he gave me thae wrong info and he refused to help or let me back inside the store using his hand jesturea to make a cross signal like no don’t come in I’m not going to help you today so ubprofessional without even letting me ask him another question. So for you are out there who would like actual professional service and knowledgeable staff to help you make a transaction to either buy or sell a phone don’t go here and waste your precious time. A few blocks away from there you will find much better and honest dealers to actually listen and help you.
On Ave U there are many other much more reputable companies to work with and get the help you need and that Does not close the door I your face considering he would make money.
Avoid this store like the plague. If you value honestly and professionalism on Ave U in BK NY.Also they rip you off hard the phone I wanted to sell there offered me $300 and literally the same phone is listed for $650 right on the display case.
Immature operation with very poor service stay away people . Many better deals all I’ver the are lowballers. You can make more selling on eBay

I found Dr wireless through Facebook marketplace , I was afraid of taking a trip since there were some negative reviews on yelp. The owner reassured me and told me these reviews are from years ago coming from previous employees, and competitors. When I took a trip from New Jersey, I was greeted with positivity and good customer service. The owner showed me a selection of items in the store such as laptops, phones, shoes, jewelry, and other items which made it a one stop shop. Ever since I've been visiting this store since it has everything. Don't let previous reviews ruin a present experience.

I found Dr. Wireless through FaceBook Marketplace. He told me he was closing at 6:00Pm that day but I told him i'd be there at 6:15. The owner waited for me to come, treated me with excellent service, and had amazing prices. I recommend Dr. Wireless since the store has a huge selection of items. I came to buy a laptop and ended up buying multiple items.

I brought my ipad here to get the screen fixed it took 2 weeks to get it and then the home button broke after 3 hours don’t recommend

I ordered a laptop (sight unseen) from Mark at Dr. Wireless and paid up front. Paying up front is always scary, because it means trusting the shipper. The laptop arrive promptly, well packaged, and in like-new condition. Very grateful Dr. Wireless was trustworthy and shipped without running away with my money, haha.
