This store has one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and seem more interested in arguing with customers than helping them. Their merchandise is low quality yet extremely overpriced. I strongly advise against buying anything from this place — it’s a complete waste of your money and time. For example, they were selling a sectional for $4,500 that other furniture stores offer for only $900–$1,000. Overall, very unpleasant and disappointing experience.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Beware Before Buying!
I had one of the worst shopping experiences with this furniture store. I purchased a dining table that arrived defective — leaning to one side and completely unstable. When I reached out for help, their response was dismissive, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to replace the table unless I paid another delivery fee, even though the defect was clearly a manufacturing or quality issue. They offered no solution, no apology, and no accountability — just excuses and a total lack of concern for their customers.
A store that can’t stand behind its own products or treat customers fairly doesn’t deserve your business. Avoid this place at all costs. The quality is poor, the customer service is worse, and their attitude toward customers is absolutely unacceptable.

I bought a sofa on sale — and that turned out to be a big mistake. After just a month of use, it started falling apart: the frame became loose, it began to creak, and one part even collapsed completely. I contacted customer service under warranty, expecting a quick fix, but instead I was fed empty promises for over six months. Every time I called, I was told things like “We’ll call you back,” “You’re on the repair schedule,” or “The technician will come next week.” Nothing ever happened.
Trying to reach the owner was completely useless — no response, no accountability. It felt like they were just dodging responsibility altogether.
The service is terrible, and the quality of the furniture is even worse. That discount turned out to be a trap, not a bargain. I absolutely do not recommend buying from this company. A complete waste of money, time, and nerves. It was around year and a half till I made happened for replace a motor inside a sofa. After all when moving guys came to replace a piece, they asked, who will pay to us ? I said, Nataly ( owner ) should pay you guys, they called her cell phone, I figured she had one , and told her that I’m not willing to pay for the repair of the sofa she responded to me that is on my on my soul

It was impossible to get in touch with the owner — no replies, no responsibility, just silence. It honestly felt like they were deliberately avoiding me.

One of the poor customers service there is , they are very mean, just they want to fight with customer , also the merchandise is low quality and pricy , I don’t recommend to buy any thing from this store . Waste of your money and time ,
There was sectional which is not good quality but the price was $4500 , same sectional to other furniture store is maybe $900 - $1000,

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away!
I deeply regret purchasing from this furniture store. I bought a dining table that turned out to be defective — it leans to one side and is completely unstable. When I contacted them about the issue, they were dismissive and unhelpful.
Not only were they unable to fix the problem, but they also refused to exchange the table unless I agreed to pay for another delivery fee, even if the replacement had the same defect! This is completely unacceptable — why should a customer pay for the store’s faulty product?
There was no accountability, no apology, and no sense of responsibility on their end. Just excuses and a clear unwillingness to stand behind what they sell.
Avoid this place at all costs. Poor quality, even worse customer service, and a total lack of integrity.

I was referred to this place by my parents and trusted their recommendation, but I had a terrible experience. I spent around $4,000 on a table, and the delivery person didn’t know how to install it, damaged my floors, and yelled at my wife. To top it off, the table wasn’t leveled. Buyer beware!

Based on my experience. Natalya, Alex and other sales person was nice and kind, which is rare now days in our Brooklyn area. Prices decent not cheap not expensive. People who saying expensive have full freedom to buy furniture where they like- free country, I don't understand people who put bad reviews and never bought from this place based on price point. My furniture was delivered on time, delivery guy called me and informed me ahead of time that he will be in 30 min at my place. Furniture carefully installed and delivery person asked if I have furniture pad to put before he drop sofa on my floor. thank you Dream Gallery for good service.

I will never buy from this store, I purchased bed frame and it was not suitable with my bed, the people who delivered the frame see that it was wrong frame , however the owner refused to return my money back, not even part of the money I pay, very gready people, they do not care about other people needs.

Few mistakes was made. Pay with cash. And ignoring bad rating here.Store made mistake on color. Later when delivered everything, assembled wrong way with some missed screws. When I called and niceley asked to fix or replace store representative always say that I shouldnt worry and everyhing will be fixet today. But its already 5 days gone and guy on phone always says that he is with another customer and try better luck next day. Avoid this business.
