The pharmacy is not the best, but it's got a few useful stuff I need. I had an issue with an employee. I don't know his name. He was a bald headed Caucasian guy with glasses, about 5 foot 4in. I asked him to open a case so I could get a deodorant, and he ignored me. All he was doing was talking to himself and venting about his job. I didn't feel comfortable asking him anything else since he is showing signs of mental illness.

I have to tip my hat off to the entire store and working staff. Never in my life have i seen this level of dedication. Every day every night no matter what time of day. This store has set their goal to ALWAYS have a ridiculously long line and one cashier working. If your in a rush go to rite aid a few blocks away this place literally will go out of business before they hire enough cashiers

Went on a snack run and was pleasantly surprised to see the shelves stocked, lots of variety. The checkout clerk was also helpful.

There’s never people working in the cashier section it’s always a big line. They don’t come and help even when you press the button for assistance.

Terrible location and employee yes just one so far. This location has empty isles and useless employee not plural. I came in needing a bathroom item. I walked around looking for the item nothing, then I stumbled upon an employee. It looked like he was working the isle unboxing items. I proceed to ask said employee where the item is. He responded with an attitude and his response was I don't know where that item is. What's interesting enough he was working in the bathroom isle smh. Avoid this location. Also avoid the thin worker with glasses as he does not want to help or work as it seems.

Maybe one day they will hire someone who answers their phone calls. But until that their potential clients will go somewhere else

The place is alright for the quick item buy. Although even that can be a hit or miss. Mostly due to the fact that stock can be questionable. Either they have it or not. Part of it is the pandemics fault and the sudden spike of theft. The employees on the other hand were on par to what you'll expect from quality customer service. I would say is to have patience when it is busy as they are practically flying from spot to spot.

The workers in the store are nice for the most part. Management needs work, I’ll see employees breaking their backs working and management just walking around idly not assisting much. Like won’t even bother opening up a cash register meanwhile there’s a line of 20 people to one register. Also crazy that there is no product knowledge with half of the staff particularly management. In regards to whereabouts of the products, it’s not really there. You can tell that there is a really bad staffing issues, shipping and deliveries is a hot mess and there are barely any products. Recommendation would be to increase the pay employees and offer competitive bonuses to management to encourage better management. This Walgreens is cutting corners at the sake of their customers. Also no one picks up the phone and the wifi is constantly down therefore you can only pay in cash for products and there is no signage to indicate anything until you are done with shopping only to be told last minute at the register after waiting on a long line. This Walgreens needs to manage up.

The store is fine its the constant thieves that ruin it, and make it impossible for customers to get products they may really need.

The worst walgreens/ duane reade I been too. They never have anything in stock. The pandemic was excusable, but even 3 years later, it is still the same. I never see any workers stocking anything on shelves. No matter what day I go, almost all the shelves are empty and I shop there at least once a week. I am forced to travel 2.5 miles to another walgreens to get the things I need. Coporate needs to do something.

I really love going to this place, and I go regularly. Lately, the shelves are always empty in the cleaning supply aisle, no toilet paper, laundry detergent or toilet paper. Empty shelves in the tooth paste area and empty shelves in shampoo and body soap aisles. The times I go, I always see a man buying and leaving with boxes full of merchandise that is suppose to be stocked and shelved for customer purchase. He also looks like an extreme couponer and leaves with everything to sell it outside. Its frustrating cause every time I need something this place doesn't have it in the shelves. There should be a limited amount of what customers can purchase. The man is greedy and gets away with it.
