World’s worst pharmacy. Incredibly slow and multiple times I’ve had to call to get them to even fill a prescription that’s been sent over because they’ll just forget to process it. And you’ll never sit on hold for less than 20 minutes and you’ll be lucky if you even get through. Avoid at all costs.

Corporate has absolutely destroyed this store by refusing to staff it to acceptable levels. The pharmacy is constantly understaffed, there is only one register ever open and the aisles are filled with packaged products from shipment still.

Resolved Misunderstanding
I had an unfortunate experience with security at this store recently that initially left me quite frustrated. After feeling like I was being followed while shopping despite being a regular customer, I confronted both security and management in a way that wasn't my best moment.
After taking some time to cool down and organizing my thoughts (with some help from an AI writing assistant to edit my frustrations into something more constructive), I went back to speak with the manager. We had a productive conversation where I explained my perspective as a loyal customer, and she clarified that there was no intention to be demeaning. She listened to my concerns about how security approaches regular shoppers.
I also apologized for my initial reaction, which wasn't as composed as it could have been. The manager was very understanding, and we ended on good terms with no bad blood between us. I appreciated her willingness to listen and discuss the situation professionally.
On a positive note, I have to commend the store for their excellent stocking lately. They've consistently had all the items I need at great prices - it's truly a money saver's dream! Their selection and pricing are why I continue to shop here regularly.
Overall, I'm pleased we could work through this misunderstanding, and I'll continue to support this business. Sometimes a calm conversation is all that's needed to resolve these situations.

Done wasting trips to this place. Either there's no one at the pharmacy or there's no one to work the registers. They refuse to staff this store so I refuse to give this company another cent. Taking my whole family's business elsewhere.

Came there this morning 5 minutes after the opening time me and another woman was standing outside and I knocked the window to ask the only worker that I saw there a question. She came out very rude and aggressive and said that she spoke to the man before and told them that they were waiting on a cashier... Mind you I just came up to the store and had no recollection of what transpired before.. the worker was very rude and very dismissive even while talking to her with the utmost courtesy. This location is disgusting its workers are absolutely disgusting and have horrible attitudes this location needs to be revised by people in the corporate offices and it needs to be an overhaul of workers at that location... Your store experience shouldn't be guided by negative attitudes and people that don't want to be there in the first place. Absolutely disgusting experience

I placed an order on Saturday(order confirmed)and I went to “pick it up” from Photo Booth area, the next day at 8am. Only for the lady manager to tell me “ pick up”service is not available on the Sundays. She didn’t even offer to help. why advertise it being open from 7am to 10pm on Sunday and that’s not a thing??
Change it on google cause it’s misleading.

PICK A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. every time i go to pick up my prescriptions they are never ready even days after the prescription has been sent to them I always have to wait. The staff seems to have little to no knowledge of multitasking as everytime im told to wait for my prescription im watching all of the staff fill other customers prescriptions who are not in store waiting. I have been waiting for simple ibuprofen since the 12/20/25. Today is 12/29/24 Iwould never walk in here for anything if it wasn’t a block from my job and between my job and home

So apparently there’s nobody else to help with checkout at 7pm only one associate checking out and the line is drastically long. Not sure why it’s like this here I work for door dash and I only have 1 item now I’m gonna be here for 30 minutes because there isn’t enough coverage for a rush.

You basically need an appointment to pick up your meds. Its the worst part of picking up a script. There are always 6 - 8 people on line. that's about half hour just standing in line. Of course a captive audience so what do they care. Awful experience nearly every time.

DO NOT SCHEDULE VAXES HERE -they make appointments they can NEVER keep. Partner showed up early for vax, then had to wait one hour and 10 mins for Covid vax, standing on line for most of that.time. A pharmacist told him to do stand (he has foot pain issues fyi) just because she wanted to do other things. Cashier said he never should have had to stand in line. Go to a mom and pop pharmacist for the vax if you can. They actually care. Duane Reade/Walgreens does not care.

The single worst pharmacy I've used living in New York. Prescriptions don't get filled on time even with days of notice. Unreliable to the point I'm going to be filling my scripts elsewhere.

The store itself (rather than the pharmacy) is fine. They’re just super slow at the register because there’s usually only one person working it. I can’t speak to the pharmacy, I’ve never gotten anything from this one.

Very poor service. When there is a potential issue with a prescription, no one bothers to notify the person. This issue has happened so often, I have now switched to a different pharmacy.

I've had better experiences at this pharmacy than any other of the major chains in Ditmas Park/Kensington; better than the CVS on Ditmas Ave; much better than the Walgreens on Newkirk Ave (which is the worst pharmacy on Earth).
