The Fulton Street Pharmacy in Brooklyn is one of the worst if not the worst locations ever. I have had negative experiences with them before, thought it was a one off but no , their laziness and deception confirms it. If you are depending on prescriptions needed the same day you are out of luck. I had prescriptions sent there after oral surgery, was told to get them filled right away. I did, and asked for same day delivery because my face is swollen and I'm drooling. Two days later, one prescription still in " ready for courier"status in Duane Reade (Walgreens) website.I call, I asked what's going on, First they said " it's out for delivery " , then they say " I cancelled it" (I did not)told me to call FedEx with a tracking number ( I can't because a tracking status hasn't been sent) . My belief is that they never filled it, taking their sweet time. I'm thankful that my situation is just pain and not something more serious. But the incompetence was on full display at this location.

Placed an order to transfer 2 time sensitive scripts on their website. Received an email confirmation that I could get them a few days later at 9 am. At the appointed time, the pharmacist said they don't have prescriptions and they have no record of them. I showed him the confirmation. "There's nothing we can do. I don't know how that happened" Did he try to solve the issue? Of course not; he just looked down and shooed me away. Don't send your prescriptions here!

Awful awful awful!!! The employee rudely told me there was no bathroom!! And an employee was telling me, “Ugh!! Dirty teenager!!” I slid my items behind the counter and left. She had the audacity to say to me, “Ugh. Customers like you are the problem!!” Never coming here again!! These staff are absolutely disgusting and inappropriate as well as rude. I’m not going to come back. The staff were CURSING in front of little kids. Not gonna lie, this place is dirty. Highly don’t recommend this place. CVS is better, nearby.

Everything is locked up, the freezer has been broken for a long time and they just put empty crates in front of them and don’t restock.

Needs to be a zero star option for places like this mainly for the semi conscious pharmacy counter "staff". Do those guys actually get paid to hang out behind the counter and ignore customers? Wonder if this place has a manager?

Every time I get a prescription filled here it always takes 3 or more days to fill it. And the pharmacy staff is clueless. They never know what is going on. Avoid this place if you can.

Great pharmacy and pharmacist! Also the girl working at the cashier at the pharmacy was also very helpful. I have had issues recently with getting prescriptions from both cvs and capsule, I'm very happy the pharmacy here was super helpful and quick in a time of need.

I don’t usually leave reviews of stores like this but I had such a bad experience this morning that I needed to help people avoid this place. The downstairs area near the pharmacy is FILTHY — I had to wait for over an hour for my scheduled vaccine appointment (this wasn’t even that bad), but while I was waiting I had to deal with multiple type of bugs, mostly gnats, flying around and landing on me and the other waiting guests. It was absolutely disgusting. Additionally, there was garbage lining the floor by the pharmacy counter, including a cigarette butt. It clearly had not been swept or vacuumed. Someone could have easily at least cleaned up that area where people would be waiting. It’s unacceptable for the condition to be this bad, especially in a medical environment. I will do whatever I can to never go to this store again.

Braindead retail zombies working in the pharmacy. It took them three days to fill a prescription and only filled it when I went in and asked why they hadn't been filled it. No answer, just blank stares with alarmingly vacant looks on their face. They finally filled it when I told them I would stay and wait. Unconscionably poor service.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy!!!! They seem annoyed by "doing their job"by phone (a forever hold time) or in person. There isn't a 0 (zero) because I would give that.

Do whatever you can do to avoid getting your vaccinations here if you can help it. When I walked in and other customers told me they had waited over 3 hrs for their vaccinations even though they had appointments it did not seem possible. The staff could not have been busier or working harder. I was sure they would get to me in a reasonable amount of time. They were was extremely kind, professional and communicative. However it soon became apparent that they were severely understaffed for the amount of vaccine appointments that had been booked on top of the usual pharmacy work load. How did I have the time to notice and assess all of this? I WAS THERE FOR OVER 2 HRS waiting for my appointment in a basement with nothing to do but watch them. Why would anyone waste their time writing a long negative review? Well, it's wasting less of my time than Walgreens did. This is not ok. Quite frankly, it's a public health risk. I am so over giving my business to big corporations that treat their staff poorly and then most likely blame them for the terrible situations the company has put them in. I hope Walgreens NYC employees unionize. This is garbage.

Worst pharmacy I've ever used (and Duane Reade has some other pretty terrible locations). Constant processing issues, frequently out of common prescriptions leading to long fulfillment times, consistently receive notifications to call the pharmacy due to an issue with my prescriptions but not ONCE has anyone ever answered the phone. When I go to the physical location to figure out what's happening (which is often) there are long waits and the staff members themselves have no clue what's going on or how to fix any issues. As an aside, they often have you repeat out loud what prescription you're picking up instead of just giving them your name and DOB - seems like a violation of privacy. In sum - avoid using the Court St Duane Reade as your primary pharmacy. Anywhere else is better.

Dirty, out of stock, rude staff, and hard to find help. This pharmacy now covers the area where we used to have a rite aid and cvs on Clinton-- both of which were better and both which closed in 2022. Bummer.
