I came in with squeaky stroller wheels, looking to purchase some WD-40, but the folks behind the counter quickly came to my aid, and immediately got to work cleaning and oiling my wheels. They didn’t even expect me to buy anything after all of that, which I did, and will be giving my repeat business, because that was excellent customer service, and really helped me out!

Went in to get some paint. Asked if they had quarts or gallons. He said both. I ask for a quart. I should've asked how much. I think he should have said that he charges $40 for a quart and $90 for a gallon and a gallon would be a better deal. Most hardware/paint store sales people do as much in my experience. He only mentioned price after the paint was mixed and then said it was too late to change. Shame on me. With that, I won't be back.

The guy behind the counter saved me thousands on guiding me on how to use silicone for a plastic pipe I thought I had damaged. He answered all the questions I gave him and guided me on a machine to makes ice. Even offered an exchange and help on how to apply the item purchased. Thanks alot dude, I owe you a beer.

Friendly, local hardware store. I was speaking with the owner and they told me that they’ve been in the neighborhood for over two decades. They have to be doing something right . Also, they had the metric screws I was looking for.

Very very nasty lady went to the store to buy a hammer I understand that she was very busy with all of the construction workers all I asked for was a hammer when I asked her was this all of the hammers they had in stick she lost it and said don't complain this is not home depot ... I don't understand why you are so nasty to me all I asked for was a decent hammer ..never again
