I walked in to print out some paperwork because I work in the area and new I could save my self gas & a trip to staples. However, when I walked in I realized there were two People behind the counter, a man and woman. They were helping two customers (who were Jewish) but blatantly ignored me. I waited my turn until they were finished with both customers and proceeded to ask if I could print something out. Not only did they refuse to make eye contact, but they completely ignored me. They acted as if I was not standing there & as if they did not hear me. I asked again not once but twice just to continue to be ignored. I watched another Caucasian customer walk in as I started to leave and she was greeted politely. I do not like to use the race card because I know it can be so controversial, however this is beyond disrespectful and I have never received this treatment from any business/ person before. In my 28 years of living this is my FIRST experience with racism. Not only was I embarrassed I was completely mortified and trying to hold onto my dignity as I walked out of the store. There was absolutely nothing different about me and the other customers besides the color of my skin. So why was I treated differently???

Super convenient! However, they do not give receipts for FedEx drop-offs. Depends on what you value convenience or safety!

Quaint store. Glad that they have notary at this location. Nice to know that I could easily drop off UPS and Fed-Ex boxes for pick-up.

So glad we found Dumbo Printing. Its literally your one stop shop for all of your admin needs.. AND they have a notary! Both Josh and the notary were very friendly, accommodating and quick... its always refreshing to have awesome customer service. Will be going here for anymore of our future needs!

The employee who helped me was nice/respectful, but another man who seemed to be a manager or owner was walking freely around indoors with no mask and complete disrespect for the safety of employees/customers (or the current law). Enough reason not to go back, outside of the high price.

You can email them and have them print documents; black and white is $1 up to 10pgs. Better priced than FedEx.

I practically live here. My office is down the street. The owner and his team are upstanding people with fair prices. Great service. Patient with me when I come in with an armload of items to notarize, fedex, buy, etc. I highly recommend.

they put up a new sign, but this is still the old Copy Rite. Worst place in the neighborhood. Way overpriced, terrible opening hours. Please can someone open a competitor!
