Robert is absolutely AMAZING. I’ve been to so many top notch hair salons in my life but let me tell you that my experience with Robert and his team has been absolutely phenomenal. He’s a professional and he knows exactly what you want. I’m so happy that I found him! The ladies that work with him are also super nice and gentle with my hair. So thankful ❤️

Robert is a great incredible stylist and certainly made my hair look great. BUUUT the reason I’m giving so few stars is I was really worried about being able to pay for my color, so we talked on the phone, conversed over email and had a consultation at the beginning of the session where he quoted a price of $180. At the end, they charged over $350 after expressing multiple times I wanted to go the cheapest route. I was stunned to see this final price after explicit conversations about doing a process that was nearly half that amount. So, be careful about what you're going to pay if you go here.

I took my 3.5 year old today and I was nervous about how it would go because she didn't have a great experience at her first haircut (somewhere else). I didn't need to worry. Not only did Robert and his team give her a great haircut, we truly had a great time. Robert sang Frozen songs with her and was so kind. She loved the experience and it exceeded my expectations. She actually let him blow dry her hair because she was having so much fun. I never imagined she'd be game for that. I messaged all my neighborhood mom friends and recommended they go. So glad this is in our neighborhood. Thank you, Robert!!!

Even if I was bald (I’m on my way) I would still go see Robert. He is very professional and does a great job. I would recommend him to anyone with a head!

I just started going to Elements this past spring and it's been one of the most positive experiences I've had! Robert is the kindest person! He really listens and collaborates with my ideas. He's willing to go for daring new looks. He and his staff, Carolina and Juliette are so warm and friendly! I feel very welcome. They greet me like a friend, offer up coffee and water. They are very professional. You can tell they enjoy working with one another and tag team very efficiently. I've loved every haircut I've gotten there. This is by far the best Hair Salon I've ever attended! They are the epitome of customer service! If you're looking for a professional, clean and expert service then you've reached the right place. They abide by scheduled appointments and make you feel right at home. Moreover, I've never left the salon feeling less than a movie star. From hair treatment, color, makeup, hair cut and products, everything is top notch. I've been going to this salon for over 20 years and refer anyone who is looking for a positive dramatic change. I just had my hair cut at elements, and it’s awesome! The hair stylist was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable, and he made my hair look amazing! The place is also very clean and everyone made sure to follow all guidelines to keep me safe.
