Exceptional pharmacy! They go above and beyond by always checking in before my prescriptions are due. Their prompt responses and smooth process make managing my medications effortless and stress-free. Their packaging is extremely meticulous. As a pharmacist myself, I would not hesitate to refer family and friends here. Although I do hope that PBMs start offering better reimbursement rates so that they don’t lose money on every prescription. Pharmacy is a tough environment to be in currently, be nice to them!

Elm is the best pharmacy I can image. I was partnered up with them through the Helping Hands Program. They are amazing in helping care for their patients. My son received the order shipment and the replacements got delayed through no fault of the pharmacy it was the warehouse that made the mistake. The team there have been responsive and supportive reaching out to contacts in the area to help get us through until the shipment arrives. It is truly hard to image that a company cares this much for their customers. This team is top notch and deserves a massive praise.

My family and I have had a great experience this past year with getting specialized formula for my son. Often, getting prescriptions on a reoccurring basis and just in general can be stressful, but the staff at Elm made everything seamless for us and within a day of requesting a new order (for which they send our reminders which have been super helpful), it arrived at our house. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service! I highly recommend using Elm Pharmacy and would use them again in the future!
