didn’t accept my ID, refused to scan the photograph of another ID I have, knowing the scanner will get the barcode and I was good, we all lost the money and could not listen to the band we came to hear from New Jersey , this place also refused to give us the $$$ back for the stolen tickets ?️, rude , disrespectful, cocky attitude , I don’t recommend this place at all

Concert was 10/10
Bartenders were 10/10
Atmosphere was 9/10 I think they could've done a slightly better job keeping the room cooler. I understand body heat is a thing, but even the artist "That Kid" said it was hot on stage.
Bags & Coats storage guys 10/10 we stored 1 bag for $5 there and they were very sweet and joked with us while we were there. I saw some comments saying they had things stolen and I can't say that I shared that experience.
Security 1/10 this was the biggest downfall we could've imagined. Especially when the concert was amazing. First thing is common and this isn't the reason for the 1 star review, but worth mentioning that outside food/drinks aren't allowed which means they will throw them all out, sometimes not even giving you a chance to chug, which personally I find extremely unsafe for a rave type concert. I know they have to make money, but should at least allow water in for safety reasons. At the end of the concert we were super dehydrated to the point of blacking out. We eventually realized they a had a free water spout on the left side of the bar, but there was too many people there for it to be accessible.
When waiting in "the hall" part in the beginning there was a security guard that just pushed a lot of people in the line without even saying excuse me before doing so. Luckily I wasn't pushed, but my bf and many others were which was off putting since before the concert started.
During the concert I didn't have any problems with the bathroom or normal security.
Not long after the concert ended the security guards started rushing people out which I can understand, but my bf left his jacket near once of the garbages closer to the left side of the stage. All we wanted to do was check if it was there, if it wasn't we understand that isn't their responsibility considering we didn't store it, but before we could even walk 10 steps to see if it was there or not we were just kicked out and they started yelling at us to check the bag & coat paid storage which made no sense, because it had no reason to be there cause we didn't pay to store it and it's not like they officially cleared the entire floor etc.. One out of the 5-6 security guards kicking us out said "go look" and then that made the other 4-5 guards want to throw hands. Which was completely insane. At the bag & coat storage they gave me a card with their email for the lost & found and I haven't received any response from them yet. Just kinda seemed they wanted to kick us out to keep or sell the jacket.
Edit: Update on the email that was sent for the jacket. They said it wasn't found as to be expected, but I have my doubts about the crowd taking it and more so the security guards.

i went to 6arleyhuman’s concert here recently with That Kid opening . it was a really nice experience and my only issue is the pricing. to get a liquid death at the bar was 6$ and coat check is 5$ per item per person. i don’t see coat checks at venues a lot though so i appreciated the option nonetheless!

Charge me 60$ for nothing… first time in NYC and I can say that it's all about the pills, the music in this place is just a mediocre facade that I honestly have a hard time calling clubbing...?
