Best enterprise experience ever! The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Made my rental experience a breeze. 10/10 customer service. I had a trouble with the first car, the staff addressed my concerns promptly and professionally, which also made my switch out quick and easy. If I ever need a rental again. I am definitely going to the state street location.

I made a reservation online and was called morning-of to be told they were not able to accommodate me. Why did the system allow me to make a reservation then?
They instructed me to call back; I did and was forced to wait on hold listening to their mind-numbing recording for 15 minutes before the call simply disconnected.

A complete waste of time. They advertise cars they don’t actually have, then try to push you into something else. The staff? A bunch of clueless kids playing rental agency with zero professionalism. If you don’t have a credit card and want to pay with cash or debit, be ready to provide a gas or electric utility bill—because apparently, proving you’re a paying customer isn’t enough. Ridiculous policies, false advertising, and a total disregard for people’s time. Avoid this place unless you enjoy frustration.

Updated Rating: I've had one good experience and one bad one. On a Sunday I had to wait 2 hours to pick up a car, it seemed like standard practice. I will never pickup again on a Sunday.

absolutely terrible customer service. we booked a reservation and they called us one hour before pickup and said they are all sold out of vehicles. this is pretty absurd and a bad look for this location and company

Terrible experience last week and today . The staff were very dismissive and not helpful at all. This was unnecessary stress when all I wanted to do was rent a car. On the walk in they were very friendly with frequent customers but with me they were unbothered and not helpful at all. Then the manager stepped in to help and another frequent customer came in and she immediately disregarded me and helped the other lady. Last week i rented for a week and this week they were trying to invalidate my paper work. Never again . So inconsistent

The worse service I’ve ever had. The “manager” was the most disrespectful person I have ever met. The police gave me a ticket because the car registration is expired and to date they have not commented on it.

The staff are professional, kind and just amazing. There's always availability of vehicles when needed.
