I was going to return some shirts that were too big for me in that style and buy some new ones.there was a misunderstanding with the order date + return policy at first, which was totally on me (i gave the wrong email).after she accepted the return, she kept making statements about how the shirts "smelled like laundry detergent." to be clear, this was 3 shirts that were delivered to me 3 days ago, that she was claiming I bizarrely chose to wear and wash all 3 in 2 days somehow. she said this 3 or 4 times.after deciding they probably hadn't been worn/washed, she said "yeah, it does look like it would be really small on you" (since I said this design was the wrong size for me). trying to make conversation I said "actually, they were pretty huge on me!" and she just went "hmmm..." after glancing at me (???)I can't tell if this is a wild level of miscommunication or the pettiest/most childish customer service interaction I've ever had (if she truly was trying to imply i was "big" and a scammer), but needless to say i didnt stay and shop lol

Had the best experience with the Williamsburg staff. As I was standing in the center mirror of the store wearing The Corduroy Gardener Pant recommended by Kayla a few staff members walked by commenting sincerely saying they look so good… the motivation I needed… I got the pants. Haha Thanks again Team!

I love Everlane, and I usually buy online, but I wanted to get a feel for fit, so I went in. All I have to say is WOW. To the folks working this evening (8/21): Thank you all so much. Seriously, this was the kindest, most helpful service I've ever received. I felt so welcomed, and I walked out with clothes that make me look and feel my absolute best. <3

Really nice service from the girls on 26 July! I must have asked to try on almost every single style of jeans in the store and nothing was a problem. Went away with a new pair of jeans and feeling 100% sure about them

Fabrics are very wrinkly and feel too light and coarse. Fits are odd and didn’t work well on my (pretty regular) body. Service is nice and friendly.

This place is amazing! Great selection, perfectly curated store design, and super helpful sales associates. They come right up to you if you're holding an item and offer to start fitting rooms for you, and are very proactive in getting you other sizes. Big shout out to Marissa, who was SO ATTENTIVE while I tried on a ton of clothes during their summer sale. The one issue I do have is that the fitting rooms always seem to be dusty (as in, pretty big dust bunnies scattered throughout!). But other than that, a truly excellent shopping experience and one of my favorite stores in Williamsburg.

10/5 STARS TO THIS STORE! Cassandra and the team made my holiday!! I was desperate for a black high ankle glove boot in 6.5 but it was sold out everywhere online and in my local store (Boston) for the foreseeable future. I called this location since I was going to be in NYC and miraculously had ONE pair. I initially asked them if they could hold the pair, but the team went above and beyond, shipping them overnight for free AND applying an in store sale discount I would not have gotten online. One of the best retail experiences I have EVER had, give these girls a RAISE!!! Officially an Everlane stan (my sleeping bag puffer is also the best winter coat I've ever owned).

Everlane for your only two brick and mortar you shops you chose a trash bag employee to manage your store? The deplorable is so off putting not only have l ceased shopping Everlane, l got rid of all my Everlane clothing, shoes and accessories to boot.

I called the store SEVEN times today. No one ever answers the phone. I think it’s hideously unprofessional for a store to ignore phone calls. Employees were rude when I pointed it out
