This place is great with clean space and helpful staffs. Elevator is always available without waiting . The only problem is once we are inside the spaces area , my phone has no signal. I share my concern with other rentals and they also experience this issue. Hope the management will do something.

Been a customer at this facility for a few years now. It's always been clean and the staff is friendly. Yesterday I needed to get another storage unit. I went to the front desk and Orquídea was amazing at helping my husband and I out. She really helped us in getting exactly what we needed!

I had an amazing experience at this Public Storage thanks to Orquídea. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all our questions, showed us several storage units, and helped us choose the right unit size for my parents. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Moving and storage can be overwhelming, but her friendly and professional attitude made a big difference. Truly outstanding customer service — thank you so much, Orquídea! I’ve been renting storage for a while and public storage does not disappoint. The price are great and the customer service is perfect! Lisa and orquidea provide 5 star service, come and visit and rent this facility is great!
