Great experience, the only store in Brooklyn that I have ever had an issue was at Hayes and Sumner Ave. Where they don't honor their advertised sales and were so rude, I put everything back and refused to purchase anything.

Family Dollar is one of my favorite stores to shop at. They have great deals and a large variety. I shop here daily being that I live right across the street from one. Also the staff is very nice , friendly and helpful.

Beware the ppl working here lack customer service. The prices marked on Aisles are not the same prices once you go & pay at the register. It seems they overcharging customers. The employees here hate when customers use coupons or get rewards, they pretty much hate themselves.

Horrible doesn't deserve not 1 star, 3/24/21. My son went to this location to buy socks and get a water bottle. He picked up a pack of socks to purchase; went to the next aisle couldn't find water bottle so he decided to not get the socks . As soon as he went to leave the store a black male worker with dreads accosted him at the door and said "where's the socks"? My son responded I put them back and walked over to where the socks were. This worker hit my son's hand when he was taking his phoned out the worker pulled out a box cutter my son had to call the police. This is disgusting behavior and should not be tolerated in our neighborhood, making false accusations of stealing when we've been shopping at this store for years.
