I have been using family express since opening, I usually drop off . They are so kind and welcoming . My laundry is done in a timely manner!
My laundry is perfectly folded and smells amazing! I would recommend using them for either drop off or in house washing

My partner and I found this laundromat on Google and we tried it once and never looked back. we use the drop off service and the staff is always super friendly and the service itself is quick. Normally done and ready by the next day.

This is the best laundromat in NYC! The entire family that operates this establishment is courteous, friendly, and professional and always tends to your needs. If you haven't tried them out, I highly recommend you do.

I’ve been to a LOT of drop off laundry places in Brooklyn and none of them have come close to this. Extremely fast, take good care of your clothes, incredibly friendly and reasonable prices. The best for sure!

Very quick and prompt service! The owner is so nice and whenever he sees me struggle with the bags he’s always out to help me! Very sweet guy and his service is top notch, my clothes always smell fresh and folded perfectly! I definitely recommend! Their prices aren’t too bad neither for a drop off!

So glad I found this place! I stopped going to a different laundromat which was slightly closer to my house because they kept raising prices without making improvements (I kept having to wait for machines and they smelled a like mildew). Here, the machines are VERY clean—I always see them wiping the insides down when I go in, I have never had to wait for a machine, AND the prices are about 30% cheaper than my old place. The staff (owners?) are helpful and kind. Definitely worth the slightly longer walk!

Very Friendly and not to far.I live nearby.Everthing is folded and neatly put in a bag. Great price. I use to do my own laundry but I recently moved in a house with no washing machine and dryer.So I had to go to a laundrymat. I chose this one and I'm so happy with them.
