Hours: Farm.One is a chic hub of indoor farming innovation, brewing craftsmanship, amazing culinary experiences and lively events. It is a culinary vertical farm, farm brewery, taproom, cocktail bar and event space. At its core, it grows unique microgreens, herbs, edible flowers and specialty greens for chefs, restaurants, bartenders, caterers and consumers. The venue itself is one of the most interesting places in New York City, a city farm meets a brewery meets a sports bar meets a family hangout meets a lounge. It has a weirdly amazing calm yet vibrant atmosphere, with a laid back and inviting energy and a chill vibe. Visitors can learn about what and how they grow, purchase greens, take a farm and brewery tour, savor farm-inspired craft beer, wine and farm-infused cocktails, immerse themselves in live events or throw a party. The drinks are amazing, with delicious herbs grown on-site used in the drinks and garnish. The craft beers, including options like a floral and citrusy IPA, are homemade and great. The pizza looks and smells amazing, appearing very delicious and restaurant quality, made from scratch in a visible section. The staff is super nice and happy to give recommendations, and the service is great. The space includes a brightly lit green plant area, two big sections—one more drinks centric and the other more a lounge area—along with outdoor seating, a ping pong table, and clean bathrooms. It hosts stellar live events and has a bunch of scheduled events, making it a really great spot and a favorite bar for many.
