Among many things we miss about Bay Ridge is the outstanding service at Farmacon. After repeatedly facing issues at the local Duane Reade—where we experienced unprofessionalism and frequent prescription errors that jeopardized my husband’s health—we were fortunate to have our doctor recommend Farmacon. Since switching, we’ve enjoyed prompt and reliable service. On the rare occasion they couldn’t provide medication immediately, the staff was proactive in communicating delays, offering alternatives, and coordinating with our insurance. The team at Farmacon is not just efficient; they are incredibly kind, supportive, and make us feel valued and cared for. I highly recommend Farmacon to anyone, including those in need of rare and costly medications. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure timely delivery. Supporting this wonderful local business, run by a member of the Bay Ridge community, is an additional boost to karma. ? Thank you, Farmacon, for everything!

My family and I have been getting our medications here for over 25 years and we appreciate the staff for their service and amazing work. We even moved to Staten Island three years ago, and we still get our stuff here! Can't replace this pharmacy :)
