What is the purpose of having a appointment and get there one hour early just to sit around for 3 hours this makes no sense to me. Exactly what I heard before from another dissatisfied client. We Care , Don't Care. I had to leave cause I'm diabetic but no one gives a sh*t. I try to see if I could put in a complaint but I guess the Supervisor was to busy on the phone to do his job. I waited 10 minutes after putting in the request and left.

Most people that work there arenice but its hra keep on top of ur stuff everyone who worls at fedcap or any hra office are out to ruin your case. Make youe you get confirmation and signatures of any documents you hand in appointments you been to they will quickly say you did nothing to turn your case off Hra works i think are trained to have people lose their cases

Very nice people but you don't always get the help you need, I know people that have gone there asking for help and they were just forgotten unfortunately

What I thought I would expect was that. Fedcap is a good place to go if you have medical problems and you need hra help. Sometimes you will get good staff that will help you.
