Avoid like the plague if you want to print stuff. Whether through gross incompetence or lying scumbaggery they quoted me on a print price yet charged me almost double at the end even though I didn't change anything. No apology, no coherent explanation. Terrible.

Terrible service. Felt unwelcome and like I was bothering them. I waited here for ten minutes this morning while five employees meandered around and ignored me. I finally asked for help as an employee was walking out and he declined. .... I won't be back. Leaving this review for management to address their staff culture. I suggest you go to UPS a few blocks away for a more customer-driven experience.

This FedEx location is never open according to the hours here. It's not uncommon for me to come here first thing on a Saturday only to find the store isn't open an hour after the listed times. This is a huge inconvenience for an independent contractor like myself who depends on these shipping services.

I went to this FedEx location yesterday afternoon to have a complicated nine page spreadsheet that I use for work printed out on 8 1/2 by 14 inch paper. I called first to ensure they provide this service and spoke to a very friendly gentleman named Juan. Juan assured me that they definitely can help me, but advised me to email them my document before I get there, as opposed to using self service as you can't print legal size in self service mode. I was very impressed by Juan's courtesy and patience in explaining this to me over the phone. He saved me lots of aggravation! So I hopped in car service to Bay Ridge. I figured I could make an afternoon of it and walk around the neighborhood after I finished. When I arrived, I found this location to be immaculate and everyone in compliance with masks and social distancing. Yet the vibe here still felt really comfortable and sort of fun. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I kept myself amused by looking at their selection of envelopes, tape and usb thumb drives. I'm kinda nerdy. Don't judge. Lol! So anyway, William helped me with my print out. Because my margins were a bit off, parts of my document kept getting cut off. William kept tweaking it until it came out perfect. I have to really commend his upbeat attitude, dedication, commitment and most of all his patience here. It's very rare to have someone go above and beyond to help, so kudos to William! The spreadsheet came out flawlessly and I left a very happy camper. A great big thank you to William and Juan! Great experience here and I highly recommend!

Nam was very courteous and professional after I forgot to put a slip in the box after he had packaged it for me. There was no wait there on a Saturday morning, so I was pretty happy with my visit.

After picking up AWFUL business cards at Staples, I ran down to Fedex, desperate to get cards for an event the next day. The two employees, Nam and William (who was training) were so friendly and helpful--absolutely the opposite of what I found at Staples. When there was a malfunction with the FedEx computer, they both stayed half hour past closing time to make it right and get my cards printed. I didn't know it was past closing time, and I felt so bad when I saw the operating hours posted on the door as I left. I hope their supervisors are reading this and give them both a raise and a promotion. Thanks again for your help, Nam and William.
