FedEx is seriously the worst, DOT needs to open investigation. FedEx needs to stop with their fake delivery attempt. First occasion I ordered something worth over 3000 dollars I was right next to door and FedEx said they attempted I heard no one at door camera shows no one, and driver took picture of floor as proof. 2nd time same thing but this time driver took photo of random building and said he attempted. Question is what if I had life saving medication waiting and because of their ignorance they felt like not delivering.
On top of that I got in contact with them and told them I will pick it up, I go and pick it up and they have in system as they delivered it because I assume they saw the complaint I made.
I’m sure they do it to finish route early. If they have 100 packages they do fake attempts to 25 packages to go home early

Worst logistics. My package was held here due to signature requirement at shipping, which is fine with me. But no directions on website about where to pick it up (no address provided). After calling the general number, and struggling with the virtual assistant, I was able to speak with a person whom told me the address. Come here at 11:30 AM and found a large truck area with no directions as to where to go. Finally found a small entry with a turnstile and intercom that you can barely hear the other person speaking. I was told pick up hours were over and resume at 4:00 PM. So ridiculous and a waste of my time!
UPDATE - positive
Came back at 4:00 PM and received the package. Friendly experience.

FedEx been giving me the runaround with my dog’s insulin which was overnighted for Saturday. They came at 8:37 a.m. (delivery window 9:15 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.) they didn’t ring my bell, didn’t leave the package, or a doortag. Then the FedEx app said it was going to be delivered on Sunday by the end of day… again I waited all day for this package. When I called FedEx they said that was an error and it will be delivered on Monday. It’s Monday and I’m still waiting for my delivery which should be between 9:50 a.m. -1: 50 p.m., when I checked the app it say “A request was made to hold this package.” I never request a hold on this package. This is insulin in a cold pack that only last 72 hours and my dog has been without insulin since Wednesday evening, because someone stole the first package FedEx delivered on Thursday, so why would I put an extra day hold on it. I’ve been on the phone with FedEx customer service representatives all weekend stressing the urgency of this package… my dog’s blood sugar is over 400 which is a critical number. This is my dog’s life they’re messing with!!! They said they understanding and they’re doing their best but their best isn’t good enough. This has been a nightmare for me and the situation is just going from bad to worst, by the time I get the insulin it won’t be good.
Update: 2 days after Fedex delivered the insulin my dog passed away. FedEx said “ They do not accept consequential damages.”

First, I wish Google allowed ZERO Stars. FedEx has got to be the WORST Logistics company in operation. I Told myself if I ever buy anything online again and they are shipping with FedEx I will cancel that order and shop elsewhere. That's how bad I despise FedEx. So down to my story.. I had an incoming shipment that requires a signature. At my address I have a sign at my front door stating please deliver ALL packages to the backdoor. UPS follows instructions, Amazon follows instructions. USPS follows instructions Heck even Door Dash and Seamless follow instructions to come to the back door. But then there is FedEx, the Special breed. Their drivers will read the sign (I Hope they can Read) or look at it and still stand there knocking at the front door. My front door is broken and no one would ever open it. Anyway upon reviewing the footage on camera I call FedEx to let them know to please deliver to the back door. You know it took 3 calls, 3 days, 3attempts for FedEx to get a message to the driver to come to the back door? Then when he does come to the back door. He knocks and leaves within seconds. Before I could even get to the door. Now I have to go Pick up my Package. I don't know if they hire people that cant read or what but once I pick up my package from FedEx I REFUSE to give them business and I will surely tell others to AVOID FEDEX! There is no way you expect me to believe you can not reach out to a driver the same day to update them about a customers request. They have to call the warehouse the driver reports to and have someone there update the driver when he arrives. Isn't that nonsense? now if that person forgets to update the driver then you will be on the phone again explaining the same thing as I had to do to FedEx Three times! I also love how each rep you speak to asks you to hold on for a survey. I sure let them know exactly how I feel about their service! I Highly advise anyone thinking of using FedEx for anything PLEASE Reconsider! It's 2025, things should NOT be this complicated not to mention there are way more diligent logistics companies out there that actually give a damn. Shame on you FEDEX!

I don't like using Fedex they hire thugs and criminals
Ana is very good but Luis needs to be fired and I will update my review. UPS always knocks and rings. Fedex? Just as bad as Lasership and Amazon because they don't follow instructions. They lie about delivery and do not even attempt or throw and drop the package.
I took time off and asked neighbors for 4 days Luis was supposed to deliver as it was out for delivery.
His managers had to make him deliver since he lied about attempt and didn't scan the door tag like a dummy.

Had to pick up package at 830 fountain, and was made to wait for over an 30 min in the cold breathing fumes from there trucks. The pick up area is the same locationthey load the trucks. So waiting in 20° breathing fumes only to find out the security never gave my tracking to the right person causing me to wait longer

This wear house is the absolute worst.
They always state that my delivery was attempted to deliver. When I look back at my many cameras there is never a delivery truck person from FedEx or any or there affiliates. There is something wrong with this branch and they all need to be retrained.

Horrible customer service!!! I was suppose to receive my package on Wednesday. The Fed Ex person said he delivered my package to my front door. ALL LIES!!! He delivered it to the mailbox room and someone took my package.

On Juneteenth, I saw that my package was "delivered" but I did not recognize the name who signed for it. I went into Panic Mode; I spoke to neighbors, entered nearby storefronts and ultimately called FedEx for a claim, however, I didn't want to give up so easily.
Then I walked down the avenue, hoping I could find any FedEx trucks/vans nearby for help. Luckily I flagged down a kind man named Miguel (FedEx Pickup) who informed me that my package went Ground & since the time was getting late that a lot of the trucks are most likely heading back to their depots (this one) so I can try to make contact the next day.
Cut to today, I reached out to FedEx and was transferred to this location and a wonderful man named Damian picked up the phone. He saw my previous claim and tracking number & saw in his system that my package was accidentally delivered with another at a local phone store a few blocks away from my address!!
I was so relieved that I started tearing up and said so many thank yous to him! This has meant so much to me because something like this could've been brushed aside and/or lost in the system due to either negligence or theft but thanks to angels like Damian who took my worries seriously and made sure what my package was redirected to me safely!
What was so meaningful in the package? A violin set ? Now I can achieve my childhood dream of re-learning the violin after more than two decades of wishing for the day that I can afford my own and not borrow from the school
