I was recently in this location and had the best expirence. Tyron was very helpful with great manners and patient. I printed some documents, but since was the first time, was not able to follow all the instruction. The location was clean and quiet. Parking was not a problem.

I started off at Staples and wish I had come here initially because the quality of prints and care received was amazing. Brittnay the customer service rep - did just that - provide customer service. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. I will be returning here for my printing needs!!

I can’t say enough about this location. Brittany is the manager. Brittany and her staff went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful situation of returning a large package back to a third-party vendor from Amazon.
Shane is amazing! Although he couldn’t accept my package the first day I showed up to FedEx because my return label was for UPS, He gave me the directions to his competitor and gave me advice about how to properly wrap the package up so that UPS would receive and ship my package. The package was ultimately rejected by UPS.
I insisted that Amazon send me a FedEx return label because of the way that Shane helped me and his kindness and great temperament. He didn’t make me feel like he was doing me a favor by doing his job Both instances that I dealt with. Amazing!
When I returned with my FedEx return shipping label ,Isiah, Doreen, and Brittany went above and beyond to ensure that I properly packaged The items I needed to return.
Isiah Not only helped me from my car to the store with the packages twice, he had patience with me as I tried to figure out, which was the appropriate label to use and the correct address to send the items back to the vendor
It’s nice to see young African-Americans take pride in what they do and NOT perform Their duties and responsibilities in a subpar manner.
The Customer Service At this location was Unexpected, refreshing and simply amazing. Employees are the heart and soul of a business. I hope that Corporate rewards them accordingly for going above and beyond..

The male staff are helpful. The female has an attitude. They assist but not with a cheerful countenance. They offer a variety of services and they do printing which i appreciate.

From the second, I stepped foot into this place I felt uncomfortable. I truly believe that they were all racist, they refused to help me in anyway. I highly recommend you stay away from this place, if you’re white.

Was in a bind after my at home printer gave up on me. Came in mins/seconds before closing and I could have easily been told they were closed and come back tomorrow.
But I wasn’t. Instead Isaiah was attentive to helping me with my printing and selecting the best paper for my needs.

David was fantastic!! Extremely kind and helpful. He very enthusiastically helped me carry in a few very heavy boxes which was such a help! The customer service was highly recommended! The whole process with all the staff here went very easily and smoothly.

Even though they are listed as a pack and ship partisipating facility. They do not have all supplies or the capacity, nor do they intend to have any type of boxes to ship a 43 inch TV. The employee told me they don’t get a lot of those so they will never order boxes big enough for that. I really thought FedEx was in the shipping business. I return TVs every day and this is the first location that told me this. Maybe if it was and 85 inch I would have understood but again FedEx is a Major brand Shipping and Logistics company.

Today at October 1, 2023 between 12:00pm and 1:00 pm, I attempted to laminate the front and back page along with spiral installment. The tall employee with the beard was grossly unpleasant in his response. His attitude immediately encouraged me to redirect my business at another establishment. Completely disappointed with my experience at this location. I would not recommend.
