I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your FedEx Office locations. Unfortunately, the staff at this location were not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior was disrespectful and dismissive, which made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant.
As a customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism when using FedEx services. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic respect and customer care. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate steps are taken to improve customer service at this location. Time: 10:25 am date:06/12/25

They somehow are closed when it says open. The phone rings once and hangs up when you try to speak with an actual person. Clearly there is no actual way to speak with someone that works here at this location. Has to be the most unprofessional business location ever.

Fed Ex Corporate really needs to take a peek at this location. Simply put if you’re a first time shipper here’s the kind of treatment you can expect from the employees at this location.
1) you’re treated like you should know how to navigate their idiotic self service computer system.
2) They don’t want to help you when you have questions and make it a point to scatter like cockroaches to the back of the store where they can’t be seen.
3) One employee in particular has slick out of pocket and condescending comments to any questions you ask.
4) it’s like they get mad at you because they have to do their job!
5) it’s ridiculous, if I have to ship Fed Ex ever again it won’t be at this location.✌🏾
I’d advise you stay away too.

Print & Go Self Service didn't work, didn't retrieve files. Staff was very slow, unmotivated and unhelpful. They ended up printing from their own printer and charging me a lot more than the Self Service would have charged. That was on top of all the extra time I had wasted. Bad equipment, bad staff and an overall bad experience.

This fedex location used to be great - i was always happy whenever i had to go here instead of ups or usps.
That is not the case now. Ya’ll hired this new lady (she a bit older with a accent) who doesn’t like working and likes making everyone’s life more difficult for no reason. Came in to take passport photos of my daughter (7mo) when she goes they don’t do photos of babies- like what? Good thing i had my sons passport on me cuz just 3 years prior this same location did my sons with no issues. Then another worker did it for us with ease. This lazy lady went on to tell us how they also do it at usps? Ok thank you for the useless info?
On another occasion i had to return a toddler mattress from amazon cuz it didnt fit in the crib. This same lazy lady told me it needed to be in a box. Mind you, amazon shipped it to me in clear plastic with fedex and the original label was still on it. I contacted amazon at the spot and they said that packaging is fine. But this old lady refused- after pleading that i cant find a box that big, her genius idea was for me to get black garbage bags which i got at dunkin across the street and i had to use 2 bags and tape. What should have been a simple drop off took me an hour to finally ship out. Even the rep at amazon was shocked.
Ya’ll need to talk to this lady and get her some additional training. The root of it is she dont wanna work. I aint going back to this location - its cost me unnecessary waste of time and energy.

This FedEx is convenient to where I live but I will never set foot in there again. The clerk Ismail was very nice. The manager was efficient and provided good guidance. The bad experience was with Alecia, who was very rude throughout, she should not be in a customer-facing job. I came in with valuable photo equipment and jewelry that I was shipping out for someone. It was to be shipped across country to California. I came in using a friendly tone and for no apparent reason, she was very unfriendly and irritable from the beginning. When I said wanted to insure the package she said very rudely we don’t insure you just declare the value, instead of explaining it in a civil way. She then took this fragile equipment and very quickly put it in a box with some paper around it and sealed it up. Meanwhile, Ismael was ringing up the order and I told him that the value was $9000. I asked wasn’t it going to be wrapped up in bubble wrap and she said no I wrapped it up in paper. I said it was valuable equipment, and I had told her that I wanted to insure it and she practically yelled at me that she had already told me that they didn’t insure it that you just declare a value. Clearly, I misspoke when I said insured the second time, but it was not the right way to talk to a client. Ismail had to rewrap the package properly—if he had not, I doubt it would have arrived in one piece. She also commented rudely on why something I was shipping was dusty. Maybe she was having a very bad day but I heard her talking to others in a bossy and unfriendly tone. If the stuff had not been heavy to carry I would have walked right out to UPS.

My work shipped me a laptop in a box with brown paper wrapped over it. I went to mail back the laptop the same way, but this store insisted I buy tape and wrap the whole outside of the paper in it. When I get back up to the counter, a different worker made me put it in a box… so yes, they made me buy tape for no reason other than to boost their store sales. Avoid. Scammers.

The customer service at his location is unacceptable. I came to print my resume and I was having trouble connecting my usb-c hard drive and the computer station. There was a lot of information on how to print same-day, including extra fees that didn't make sense. I didn't receive the quality of attention for a simple print order. I would NOT recommend getting print services done here. The staff is visibly indifferent and apathetic. Rework the entire staff here. I won't be visiting again.

Really good service, they were very helpful and treated us nicely
