Any packages being delivered from this location are being stolen minutes after they are delivered. Just today at 9:07 my package was left at the lobby they didn't even bother to ring the door bell at 9:25, 2 men were standing to enter the building and immediately took the packages from Adidas. I heard drivers are having other people come in and steal the package minutes after being delivered. This is too much of a coincidence. I have the surveillance video of how everything happened.

Disgusted. Worst service!!. 3 days wasted at home and they didn't showed up. Then, you get emails saying they did and nobody was home. Called several times customer service, hopefully soon I'll get my packages!! Zero stars to 100 Morgan, what a disappointment!!

Most frustrating experience ever. Forcing a 2 ½ hour round trip when I've already paid $60 for shipping to my doorstep. Never select FedEx as a shipping option again. UPS offer far better local pick up options and locations.

These lying a** thieves stole my package. My package was placed on the truck and was never delivered. my items in the package was worth almost $400. I know they took it and no one has followed up to let me know what is going on. I filed a claimed with trace to see what happeNed to my package. I don't trust those thieves. I don't want to ever do business with them.

paid extra for the package to be delivered at a specific time and the driver never even bothered to ring the bell; customer service was entirely unhelpful

I'm truly disgusted. Only one attempt, lied about second attempt. Called and was told redeliver next day,never happened. Now I must travel 40min to pick up packages when there are drop-off places in my immediate vicinity. This is horrible.

i called fedex to file a complaint against the driver that delivered my package today. They ran the door bell for only a few seconds and when I got downstairs they drove away. the wait time at the door is suppose to be 1-3 minutes. they probably only waited 30 seconds. Like WTF. I live on the top floor of the apartment building. I understand you have a lot of packages to deliver because COVID is very existent and people online shop but do not just press the doorbell and expect us to show up at the door like a magician

Not sure if its only this Fedex location that is not responsive or the drivers that do not care or do their job the right way, but my package had signature required the driver ( NEVER RING THE BELL OR EVEN TRIED TO STOP BY MY HOUSE )( THE DRIVER JUST PASS BY MY FACE AT THE TIME THE PACKAGE WAS SCHEDULED, NEVER STOPPED! )I live half hour from this Fedex location. Very disappointed with their service. They should hire drivers that actually do their job and are not there just driving around careless about the packages.

I was suppose to be receiving a package from this place yesterday 4/28/21 from a scumbag lying thieving criminal a** delivery employer from this FedEx states he dropped it off @3:09pm and it was left in the lobby when i got down stairs @3:12pm there was nothing in the lobby. I tried back again at 3:28pm to give it a few minutes maybe it was still on the truck and wasn't delivered yet and again when i got downstairs there was no package. I looked outside saw no truck or FedEx delivery person in site. I walked over to 2 retail stores located next to me @552 Broadway which was Aldo and Banana Republic and both workers i spoke with said no nothing was dropped off, i checked because you guys love to say "Check with your neighbors". This building is both residential and business, on my floor which is the 4th floor i have 3 tenets in 4B, 4N and 401 and none of my neighbors seen or received a package, i checked with the 5th floor which is a dentist office and 6th floor which is a hair salon and again no package. My package was not left in the lobby ! That delivery guy is a liar and i believe he stoled my sneakers which are sold out now and i cannot repurchase them else where but of course when FedEx speaks with driver/delivery guy he will state he delivered it and scan will show he was near by but again there was no package left behind so I'm s*** out of luck on my sneakers and my money and that mother fucker who i wish i knew will still have a job and FedEx will continue there business and have upset and unsatisfied customers. My tracking number is 038551062176880. Below i have pictures of my neighbors who receive FedEx mail and notices left on door on attempting to deliver but in my case i did not receive the same courtesy, Also a conversation in a text message with a neighbor on mt floor who seen no package.

3 days in row the driver claims he come to deliver my package but I was home and nobody came I have a smart doorbell and checked he never rang my bell.Very disappointing I don't understand I guess the drivers just don't care.
