The drivers here suck they never deliver packages to the right place and when you call they lie and say they system says a different apartment number multiple packages have said delivered and has not I really do believe that drivers are stealing packages or they simply don’t care about your package it’s such a pain to deal with them

Hello good day . Suddenly a yellow stop sign appeared and my boat was taken out of the transport and is nowhere to be seen, even though it should have been transported! It was last in Oakland! The package was supposed to arrive Brooklyn 18/06/2025

This place was so professional n help me get back my package after I was out of town n miss my package they had it at the center n good shape people was friendly I see a lot of bad comments but I can’t relate the service is fair fast I’m happy the wait time wasn’t that long I’m happy I was able to get me n my kids package n also my co worker supply for the job party I say this a fair place of bussiness not hard to reach by driving

First and last time here. I dropped off a package to be shipped, and between loading and delivery, the cardboard box was mishandled. The lamps I shipped were severely damaged, and the glass shades stolen. I say stolen because there's not even a small glass shard in the box. I put in a claim, and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the lamps. Do better.

They keeps trying to deliver a time sensitive package to my business at 8 am. I have called a number of times to tell them our business hours. They say it will there tomorrow during business hours. Then tomorrow comes and they try and deliver at 8am again, and again and again over and over forever. been happening for days and no one is helping me get my package

These individuals are the worse. How is this location still open. I just moved back to New York after studying in California. Shipped my items to my new location for the driver to steal the package or deliver it to the wrong address. My personal belongings and information is on that stuff so you best believe Fedex is going to be in big trouble if my ID is stolen.

If I can give it a 0 star I would love to . Somebody need to do something about this FedEx place , told me my package was attempted three times for delivery when I had been home . I have a doorman in my building and said nothing had ever came from FedEx . Then the delivery guy made false update online. My package didn't require a signature and could've been dropped off to the mailroom but he didn't even attempt on delivering it. Then I had to drive all the way to this FEDEX TO PICK UP MY PACKAGE AND THEY WONT RELEASE IT WITHOUT A PROOF OF ADDRESS . The lady had such a bad attitude to me.

They kept saying they attempted to drop my package off. Which needs a signature. But me and my girlfriend have been home all day. Multiple days. And no delivery. They delivered the package that didn't need a signature. But made no attempt to knock or buzz to let us know they are here. Also called the place and the girl had no clue what was even happening.

Had the worst experience ever at this location. There was one employee(an older lady) that did EVERYTHING to help another customer that was there but the person I was stuck with made an already stressful situation worse. Had an attitude and very argumentative. I would pay any price to avoid this location.

I have a lot of shipments, mostly from Amazon and every time it is sent thru FedEx from Maspeth I have a problem!!! They are the most useless people on the face of the earth!!!!!! This time I ordered from a different company and it stated it would be delivered on Saturday but of course at 6:05 am they posted there was an exception that no one was home or the business was closed!!! First thing is they don't deliver that early, but if they did they would have been on my ring camera!!! They just do not want to do there jobs!! Secondly it doesn't need a signature it is just left there at my door but not FedEx!!! I had major problems with them, called up and was told I would get a call back but of course that never happened either!!! FedEx you are useless !!! Thanks for nothing but aggravation
