Staff seems selective in who they greet. Staff seems selective in how they do business.
As soon, we walked in the chubby one ( he face engery) with the glasses on had a look of digust on his face. There was one employee lending on the counter doing nothing. As soon as we walked in, the genetified customer saw we were on line waiting. Put still had the nerves to ask if this was a line followed by sounds of frustration as though she was waiting in the store for more than 35 seconds.
The chubby one was so happy to greet and acknowledge the genetfied customer with her limited time to stand in line.

Tried to deliver but failed? And multiple delays haha stupid FedEx why all delivery companies are so stupid? Ups and FedEx needs to change their horrible system. ? disgusting

I believe someone at this store opened my package, a cellphone trade in with Samsung, stole the phone, resealed the package and shipped.

Staff is not helpful at all. Will stand and watch you struggle with printing or scanning and won't help. And God forbid you ask for help because now you're getting on someone's nerve. Obviously it comes from the manager because she is the worst. That's the problem with big companies. And to be clear, I was the only customer at the time.

Great service from Shevorn today when needing to drop off a package with pre-printed FedEx label. She showed me how to use the self-service kiosk so that I could do it myself the next time. She was informative and pleasant. Customer service can be rare these days, but Shevorn demonstrated that it is still alive and well.

No staff here seems to demonstrate any interest in helping anyone. Very defective, insisting on incorrect solutions and sending me to the self-service computer (which I knew wouldnt support my print job before paying $0.50/minute for). Staff clearly didn't even know how their own technology worked, and kept telling me to edit and adjust documents myself
