I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this FedEx location. I came in under a time crunch with a printing project for my mom’s birthday, and Bri went so far above and beyond to help me that I left feeling genuinely emotional. She was kind, patient, thoughtful, and incredibly generous with her time. I’ve never had a stranger go that far out of their way to help me. Thank you, Bri!!!!

Very efficient. Self service shipping with a barcode is very easy. If you need help, employees walk you through it. Also had to print a prepaid envelope shipping label too, and the employees were a great help with that also. Great place!

Employees are nice but I am absolutely blown away by how slowly and inefficiently this store operates. I had a single item to ship. Not a soul in front of me in line. From being taken at a register to being finished with the boxing and shipping label it took 27 minutes. I don’t even understand how this is possible and what ever system other stores have does not exist at this one. This is not the first time. Insane management. Will not be returning unless my life depends on it.

Dec 1st, 2024 i went in with a massive print load and the staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and professional. They went OUT OF THEIR way to help me finish & guide me through how to best print each document. Thank you Manager & FedEx Court St staff. 💫

Is the second time the front desk people have stolen a Walmart return from me. They took my package gave printed receipt to a different shipment and never shipped my packages. It’s happened twice and the manager enables this to happen. I’m filing a police report at the recommendation of Walmart. You’re thieves. Pathetic.

Very positive experience overall. I had to ship multiple time-sensitive packages and had incorrect address information for multiple items The FedEx team member who worked with me patiently helped me sort out correct shipping and address information, and I had a great customer service experience. 10/10 would return to the FedEx Office Court Street location again for printing and shipping needs.

This is my favorite Fedex Store around my neighborhood, the place is always very clean and friendly. Tashain and Brianna are my go-to-people, they’re always so responsive to my questions and needs! Keep sending Brooklyn love like that please!

Ignorant customer service. I used the location to pick up my packages (first time and NEVER again) because of close proximity to work. NEVER again. Slow is not the word. More like extreme case of teeth pulling. Took them forever to even find my information in the system. Avoid this location at all costs. One star is too generous of a feedback for this place.

Customer service was unpleasant and not welcoming at all. But what really stood out to me was the behind the counter conversations the employees were having. One their conversation was loud enough that if at the counter where I was waiting to get checked out anyone could hear and they were talking about autism and children on the spectrum. The conversation was very ignorant and they were kind of making humor out of children on the spectrum. I took offense to it because as a mother who has a child on the spectrum the ignorant conversation shouldn’t have been had one at work and two while customers were waiting to check out. Secondly, you have no idea who is in your store. I wanted to cancel my order after hearing that conversation however the woman handed me my order before I could say anything. Im not sure if the guy was the manager who was engaging with the staff but management needs to be tighten up.
