😡😡😡 I needed to print out a few documents. The Dressel employee was rude, pointed me to the printer, and told me to do it myself. I followed the instructions, but nothing worked. He didn't even bother to find out what the problem was and said that the printer was probably not working. You shouldn't keep employees like that; they will ruin your business👎👎👎 Printed at UPS in 5 minutes, very polite staff.

Friendly and patient.
My printer was out of ink. Explained it and I
Emailed the site my return label.
She printed it and attached and gave me my tracking.
Smiles and Thank yous and I was on my way.
Very pleasant atmosphere.

Rude customer service (tall white lady) barked at me to go to kiosk. I walked out and went down the street to ups to send mail.

They’re patient and compassionate. Went for my printing needs after Staples botched my order and refused to take accountability for it. Funny how I used the same files and the prints came out perfect with Fedex

Always helpful agents in spite of the amount of customers needing varied assistance with package pick ups, shipping, copying, questions on price & anxiety brought on by lack of available parking. Great jobs on service & courtesy and efficiency under pressure !!

I had an excellent experience with William at this location. He went above and beyond to assist me with printing my résumé. Not only did he provide me with three different types of résumé paper to choose from, but he also helped me print them out. His attention to detail and exceptional customer service made the whole process quick and easy. I highly recommend this location. Thank you, William!

Worst place ever !!!!
One of the pages of the sheet was charged $3 more, when I asked to rep to need printed one sheet, the representative told me to send them the email address and when it printed cost $3 and cents, I asked what I would they tell me to print from the printer then cost 20 cents, they don't even try to help you. Very bad service, they are lazy to work and even talk
